My husband and I's favorite dinner/date night spot! The food is delicious (the short rib, oyster mushrooms and mac and cheese especially) and we always have great service - Nish is such a delight! The drinks are great, and there isn't a bad seat in the house. We love it here! We came here for our Valentines dinner and it was not the experience we had hoped for. We have been here multiple times, but this time it was a bit of a let down due to poor service and underwhelming dishes. Our server was an older woman who didn’t seem to have any interest in being our server. She seemed to be more worried about the surrounding tables. It seemed like she neglected us due to us being a younger couple, since she would make multiple stops at the tables with older individuals and walk right past our table. Another let down from this dining experience was the food. With there being a special menu for Valentine’s day, we expected for the dishes to be top notch, but it seemed as if these dishes were made in advance and just heated up prior to being brought out to us. We ordered the duck breast and the mushroom tagliatelle. The duck breast had no issues really besides being a bit fatty and room temperature, while the mushroom tagliatelle came out cold and was very clumpy. It seemed like the dish was frozen and was reheated that night due to the pasta being served in many clumps. We expected high quality foods since it was a specialty menu for Valentines but that didn’t seem to be the case. The experience was not the one we were hoping to have on our Valentines night out. Hopefully if there is any future dining at Door 222 that there will be a better experience than the one we recently had. For a little bistro, this place is quite nice. The atmosphere is lovely in the food is absolutely delicious! A little pricey What worth it the service was subpar. Didn't get the customer service. We expect for a 5 star dining restaurant. Fun little place. Great service, food was good. The ravioli sauce was a little watery and off-putting but the raviolis themselves were incredible. The salmon was very good, but a relatively small portion for the price, and the chorizo was a little burnt in parts. We have gone to door 222 many times, mostly we like to eat dinner at the bar, and is casual and fun. The food is always good. However last visit was unusually poor with the service as the bartender was very much under the influence of something. He forgot our food and we had to reorder. He forgot our drinks and had to retake that order. Then he left my credit card in the machine and gave us our bill. I asked him for the card back and he held it in his hand and said he was going to open an amazon account with it. He was a mess, and should’ve been sent home. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service was a little disorganized to start, but once the waitress came by, she did great. The cheese curds, 222 salad, burger, and short ribs grilled cheese were delicious. The salmon came with a side of spinach, chorizo, white beans, and red pepper. The chorizo was an odd choice to pair with the salmon, it wasn’t really my jam. I would try this place again. So the steak was a little rough to cut I couldn’t cut it with any knife that they had at the restaurant so I really would like to give this place another try otherwise I’d love to here. The meatball appetizers were amazing. The drinks were specialty crafted and extremely nice. The ambience in the room late at night is just perfection. I can’t wait to go back and try something else. The waiter that I dealt with was sweet as can be, and may the night perfect so thank you. I thought the fish and chips were pretty good and a generous size. We had a great time and wonderful meal at Door 222! Felt for the server as she was juggling many tables but handled everything so well! The restaurant was packed at an early hour, 6:30 pm. I'm glad we got a table! Cocktails are fabulous, food is very good, truffle fries delicious, and the atmosphere is lively and fun! We stopped in here to check it out as it was on a popular TV show. It is a high end place with high end prices. They pride themselves on sourcing locally for food. Drinks are small with big prices $14-16. We had dessert and it was tasty but a small portion. They had two specials and were out of both, one was a steak, whipped potatoes and asparagus for $41. Service was steller. Atmosphere was loud, dim lighting and rustic and refined. They are only open in the evening which is a bummer. Went to @door_222 for dinner with friends. It was really amazing. We started with the bacon wrapped dates, burrata, and the manchego quinoa cake. I had the beef short ribs with green beans and mashed potatoes. We shared the creme brûlée, tiramisu, and a chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. The free parking structure was an easy walk and the Loveland downtown area was beautiful at night. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
