Every time, I mean EVERY TIME, I stop - for the convenience of it being closest to my house - there's always an issue. It can be a missing item, the wrong item, or half filled drinks. The employees there look ar you with a blank stare as you try to get them to fix the issue. Today I drove away in a hurry for work and I look at my order and it's totally wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's or Wendy's across the street for breakfast. This dunkin shouldn't even be open. This is trip #11 where there is something wrong, and it's unfixed. Seriously the best Dunkin Donuts around. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly. I've been here several dozen times and recently the staff had been the best they've ever been! i would give 0 stars if i could after the most absurd customer service i have ever received. i was in the drive through waiting in a long line and someone in the parking lot began backing up and almost hit me so as an instinct i began to back up(with no one behind me) and there was no sign of a person on my backup camera. i then hear a woman screaming out my window at me and i look to see an employee of this establishment. my passenger and i begin apologizing to which we get told we almost killed her(at 3mph in reverse while trying not to get hit myself) come to find out this woman is the manager of this establishment. as i tried to call to get the womans name, i was then screamed at over the phone, asked what MY name was, and hung up on. the shorter lady manager with the temper should be fired and never hired for a guest service position ever again in her life. update: starbucks has never tasted better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Incident occurred 12/23/2023 at 12:15pm. Do NOT go to this location unless you want to get screamed at by an angry manager. My partner and I were almost hit in our new car while in line at the drive thru by another vehicle backing out of their spot. We saw no car or person behind us so we backed up a few feet to ensure we wouldn’t get hit. Out of nowhere, the manager appears at our driver side window saying we almost killed her (3 mph in reverse). We apologized and explained that we were about to get hit so we had to move. She continued to scream at us and threatened us that her husband was sitting right there watching. Looked like she was bringing free food out to him. She would not leave us alone and kept screaming at us in the middle of the parking lot. We told her we will never return here or to any dunkin again after this. After leaving, we called to ask for her name politely and she continued to scream at us over the phone. This woman should not be a manager or working any customer service role if this is how she is going to treat paying customers. Such a disappointment and an awful way to begin the holiday weekend.
