Used to be one of the better Dunkin Doughnuts around. Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They were not very busy so no excuse. The one worker asked 2 times to see receipt to see what we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for refund since we never received our coffee. Not sure if she was owner or manager but got the dirtiest look and no apology. Will not be going to ANY Dunkin Doughnuts again. Update: After a couple of weeks from posting this review, still no response from owner. Goes to show you how much they do not care. Pathetic! If I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would!!!!! The lady who does interviewing SHOULD NOT BE DOING THEM! She’s SUPER RUDE!!! I wish she would’ve said her name. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this establishment. ESPECIALLY if you want a job!
