Afternoon service is HORRIBLE. I was waiting for an online order for 15 minutes not one employee out of 3 acknowledged me or asked me what I was waiting for then to get a coolata that is barely made correctly the consistency was syrup with crushed ice, not a frozen drink at all.

Why do you accept mobile orders, have 4 employees standing around and im still sitting there waiting 5 min fir an order i placed two miles away from the location!!!! Ended up leaving without my damn order since i have a 40 min drive to work! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

As always the coffee, drinks and food were delicious but the restroom toilet was not as clean as the rest of the shop.

Took 30 minutes for a curbside pickup. Other two curbside orders have taken 15 and 20 minutes. Staff seem nice and people who walk in clearly get pretty quick service so this seems to be a curbside issue, don’t bother, faster just to drive to another Dunkin with a drive through

I love the bacon egg and cheese. it's the best. The glazed munchkins need to be a bit more glazed, but other than that, it's good!

The quality of food is always good but the service could use some training. The lines get unusually long and sometimes they mess up orders. The establishment itself is very clean and friendly. Although it’s not my go to Dunkins I still recommend trying it!

This is a great place to just stop and pick up a cup of coffee. I suggest ordering on the go through the app.

One of the male employees had an attitude with me because he was mad at a previous customer. He was so rude and unapologetic. The manager apologized for his behavior. Overall the workers at this restaurant are not friendly. They act as though you're bothering them. They need customer service training pronto.

Consistently crappy coffee at a price and speed you can afford. Sammiches are better than Starbucks, don't get the donuts past noon or you will regret it.
