Ordered a hot chocolate and received a black coffee. Went back to get it fixed and told them it was supposed to be a hot chocolate no whipped cream. Garbage employees. Won't take an order and are bothered by customers being there. Stale doughnuts in a bag. Will not return. Had to go through the empty drive thru just to put in my order. This dunkin location has been doing a lot better recently but has historically been not at all the best. They have lots of new staff and quality does seem to be improving, but I was pretty disappointed when I found the drinks I ordered were practically half full. I paid for both to be a medium.
