Really bad experience with the ladies at the counter. If you're equipment or machines are down, don't take it out on the customer! Go to the one on Commack Rd instead. Upgraded and great customer service. Service: 1

This Dunkin at the Deer Park Ave location is not good. They messed up our orders totally, forgot my latte, and altogether were bad. Besides that, they have only one table with 2 chairs as seating. There is no other seating area and that is quite ridiculous. They had a big line of customers and service was just so slow. Most disgusting sandwich ever!!! they put two little pieces of bacon and the egg was mushy in the middle and cold and got two bottom sides of a plan in bagel and it wasn’t even toasted . And the staff is terrible they ignore you when you come in, they don’t greet people and they huddle in a corner gossiping. Moved recently this year into the area and it’s the closest to me. But I won’t mind driving the extra mile to the dunkin down the road and be satisfied with my purchase from now on. Every experience I had here there is always an issue , but after this experience I will never step food in there . We arrived at 9:30 and ordered and when we sat down the man who was cleaning told the other girl not to attend anymore, to say that they were already closed. The man was cleaning very close to us while we were having coffee, it was uncomfortable. Price per person $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Out of all the Dunkin Donut this is the best one. I want to give a shout out to my new friend Summer I hope I spelled that right. Please ask for her, she makes the best refresher, and she's beautiful and very kind. Stop on by too the friendliest DD in town. Thank you Summer you're the best. Give my girl a raise she deserves it. Edit:***** So I wanted dunkins today, I ordered a small hot cocoa. Large latte, sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and a loaded hash brown everything came up to 18 and change. So I opened my cup of hot cocoa it was half full and then my latte the same. I just spent over 18 dollars for four items I want it correct. So I told them to fill it up. Like what😒. When I got outside, I had six burnt hashbrown and the egg and sausage and cheese was on an English muffin. This is after she asked four different times about my order. And i was loud and clear. I don't know where Summer went but please bring her back. That supervisor is a nasty one. I guess I was taking too long to order. She just walks away. That was not the first encountering her. UPDATE Every night for years at night when you need to use the restroom it's always OUT OF ORDER due to flooding. They're LYING!!! Same excuse for years, however I've witnessed them opening it for the COPS!!! I'm calling the Suffolk County Health Dept this week. There's always different workers working at night. Most of them were just plain stupid and rude. That's the only garbage they could get to work in this dump. They also DON'T listen when you give them a simple order. The coffee is hit and miss and for almost $3.00 a cup I've decided to go somewhere else. Also there were to blacks girls working nights that seemed very personable the first few nights then they had an attitude despite me calling the store GM to praise them for their personality sorry did that. So much for that charade! BTW, I think they lasted a few weeks if that. The other skinny one with the red lipstick is another wackadoo and the kid Chris was very strange! I'm done with this place. Oh, and the black girl dumped the entire tray of donuts on the floor one night picked them up off the floor and put them back on the tray laughing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
