Morning visits are great and I get what I’m looking for quickly and with a smile. The afternoon crew is always SO slow. Consistently. I try to avoid because it takes so long to get my order when I want an afternoon pick me up. Worth it in the morning; find somewhere else to go after like 12. I tried to call to get my money back or another cup. They served me a large cup of brown water no sugar and weak milk. I'm done I rather go and get bad coffee from another. And plus I tip. 4 bucks for brow water. If it wasn't snowing I'll take or back. Oh, how they have fallen. They don't deserves the 1 star or my tip. Food: 1

I don't typically leave reviews of any kind, but this is special. This place is the site of a mathematical anomaly. If my calculations are correct, I've ordered here via Uber Eats and Doordash upwards of 30 times, and every single time there was a missing item. I eventually switched to a different Dunkin location and the orders came just fine. That is until today. I assumed the most recent would be from one of the alternate dunkins, but I was wrong. It picked this one because its the closest. And keeping with their time honored tradition of screwing up orders with precision that defies all odds and statistics, half the order was missing.
