Just like any other store, you'll have your employees that are really nice and welcoming. Then others that just couldn't care less that you're ordering with them. Also this is the ONLY Dunkin around here that charges $1.25 for adding almond milk to their drinks. I've been to one in New York City and they charge less then half that. I've put in a complaint, but of course they couldn't care less because the manager or owner just sits in the corner at the table playing crosswords or Sudoku on the newspaper looking disgruntled. Also they need to change the ventilation in there. You walk out of that store smelling like burnt grease and it sticks to your cloths! Yikes 🥴 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

7:00 Am bathroom not working

My last two visits here were first thing in the morning, just after 6 AM. I order on the mobile app about 5 minutes before I arrive, and the food is ready just when or slightly after I get there. RUDE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER. She is there around 7am with her early morning attitude and bad attitude for the rest of her working hours. For example, you tell her how you want her to prepare your drink and she doesn’t it as she pleases to annoy the customer, just to make u feel bad.
