Hey Dunks, USE ORDER NUMBERS!! For the love of God, it would make your job easier. Calling out specific items gets confusing as hell during busy times. "Hot coffee w/cream and sugar!" - what if 3 people ordered that? It makes absolutely 0 sense to not call out the order number on the receipt. I truly believe half the time people got the wrong order it was simply the case that someone else grabbed their order because they have no organization whatsoever.
