Can’t complain about the drive thru employee that took care of me. She was sweet and very pleasant, however, It bothered me a great deal to have ordered a Boston Cream Chocolate Donut and although was in a cute heart shaped it looked like they were in such a hurry that took a spoon and swiped a little bit of chocolate on top of the donut ! My free latte wasn't free.. I got charged 4 something for. My order sat behind the mobile shelf waiting until I went over to look for it after I waited almost 5 mins . I Personally, Don't care for Dunkin to much but I'm On My Way for my Last Vacation for the Summer, so I figured I'd stop by Dunkin and get me a Coffee to Finish the Drive to my Destination. Must say.... The Coffee was Phenomenal and I have No Complaints. While on my way to my Aunt's funeral I stopped and ordered coffee and water at the drive thru, only to realize that I left my wallet at home. The female team member who worked the drive thru was so kind and understanding. She gave me the coffee and water and said " Don't worry about it, you probably need this", and she was right, I did! I can't thank her enough. She made my day! Service: 5
