So I'm not quite sure how to take this because the service really wasn't all that bad but i do feel as if dunkin donuts has been going down hill over the last few years. I remember delicious full donuts and delicious bagels that i would get every morning on the way to school. And they were always reasonably priced. And now well let's just say I prefer to go to 7 eleven

Cold Brew is awesome but even when selecting less ice they put in way too much and not that much coffee. Feeling scammed as this a frequent practice of theirs. Please pay attention to the request of the client.

I literally couldn’t buy anything if I wanted to. The doors were unlocked. The store was open and there was literally no one to be found. Stood there for three minutes. Calling for someone the bathroom was open. The staff must’ve just decided they didn’t feel like working today and left.

Awful customer service. This place's manager is discourteous, unhelpful, harried, and hasn't learned the familiar old adage, "you don't make a sale, you make a customer." Seems to me you don't care how customers are treated at all, you just care about minimizing portion allotment sizes and rapidifying order completion times rotflmdao. This person failed to remember she is representing your company first, my friends, and I lost my appetite to spend my money at your establishment real quick because of her attitude. Clean it up lol you can't treat people like this; they do it so much better, at so many other places! DM me and we can talk about SO MUCH hahaha! Until then, I'll keep my money. All of it.
