As much as I would love to give five stars just for the cashiers sweet personality, that is not what my money was buying. The hashbrowns were HORRIBLE & my stuffed bagels were warmer when I had them delivered the first time I tried them. The Sunday crew just can’t seem to get a simple order correct. I’ve come here almost everyday the last 2 years and order the same exact thing. Then after they forget 4 items they make you wait on line again for another 10 minutes to order instead of just correcting their mistakes right away. So now I’ve waited a total of 32 minutes for an order to be completed. So now the food from the original order has gone cold. I understand that people make mistakes and are new and have to learn but the mistakes should be corrected right away not made to wait through 6 more orders. At least can apologize for the confusion and not let the new guy employee sit there and laugh at customers because he can’t do the job correctly yet and lie trying to say some items weren’t ordered. Again told them 5 times extra bacon and paid for extra bacon. Here’s my extra bacon. I knew I should have checked it thoroughly before I left but I just checked to make sure I didn’t see any egg or cheese on it as I’m allergic to cheese and it’s been on a bunch of times. Only reason we go here is because the next Dunkin is so far away and I leave early. So disgusted

I wish I could rate 0 stars for the numerous times I have patronized this Dunkin’ Donuts only to be disappointed. Don’t go here! The employees always ruin my drink by refusing to write the order down or even listen to the order in the first place. They waste my money and my time. They have been given multiple chances when the cafe is completely empty and when busy, always the same result… total incompetence. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Horrible!!!!Rude manager - Ordered a almond milk cappuccino, they gave me full cup Of sweet room temperature coffee- I called the store, was told that the “machine” make the cappuccino and she have no control. I will never go back here again!!!!I asked for a credit or another cup, she said u have to come back now!!! Really, this minute…..you will never my business again. This location used to be very good when a young blonde guy worked there, since he left its gone down hill. Made a mobile order 10 min prior to arriving bc I know how long its been taking to recieve order and still had to wait a good 5 minutes... just for a basic coffee Service Take out Meal type Other

This location is conveniently acrossed the street from me, not sure why I still go, they mess up orders constantly and the drinks went down hill over the last year. I hope this place gets better as it’s very convenient and waste of a good Dunkin.

I got a latte that had whipped cream and I very nicely asked if they could take it off and the manager basically said I was wasteful and was so mean to me all because I asked if they could just take the whipped cream off that’s all:( Never going here again.
