I've been coming to Dutch Bros since they've opened 4 years ago here in Utah and I've had nothing but amazing experience and great customer service and great quality of coffee at each location. Unfortunately this was not the case with this location. The barista was beyond rude and the coffee was nothing but water and milk. She made us feel like we were a burden VS happy to be choosing them. I hope this was a one time thing and they were just having a bad day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is the most ridiculous idea I've seen happen if you want to sit in a line for over an hour while the teenage talkative can't do job in decent amount of time sit and visit and reminisce with friends cars in the drive thru then go get em . I went through the drive-thru about a week ago and ordered a double torture with chocolate and caramel syrup. Didn’t pay much attention as I was in a hurry. But it first of all was smaller then what I ordered and also no chocolate or caramel syrup.
