Convienient coffee stop if there's not a line wrapping around the parking lot which is often the case. The workers do a good job of trying to keep the pace going quickly and are almost always cheery and polite. The drinks are always decent at a minimum but most items are on the sweeter side. You simply just can't beat Dutch Bros for their price and how fast they get your drinks out to you considering how big the lines are and they're double drive through. Always consistent always friendly staffed and far better prices than Starbucks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We come here every time we're in town! Everyone seems so happy to work here, I think we probably visit for that just as much as for their delicious drinks. Today I tried an iced chai tea latte with peach. It's a little on the sweet side & definitely a dessert drink. Updated 11/10/2023: My new favorite drink - Hazelnut Truffle Mocha, hot and iced are both perfectly delicious!! The kindest service workers from Pheonix to Flagstaff! We got there before the sun was even up on our way to a hike, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’ve always had great service at Dutch Bros, but this one I wish there was more stars to give. we were there super early on our way for a long drive and the young man was very kind and very talkative, funny witty and really probably one of the best Dutch Brose employees I’ve ever encountered. If every place, had a gentleman like this, every business would succeed. Give that man a raise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've given them a try a few times and I can't say I'm super impressed. The staff is super friendly but doesn't particularly pay attention but they are also always super busy. I tried bringing in my own cup but they don't use them. They offered to pour it into my cup from their mixing one but just handed me throw away cup anyways. My main takeaways, the drive-thru is just ridiculous and I will never wait that long so I always just walk up, the menu is not anything special that you can't find somewhere else, and they basically generate a lot of waste. This is the most poorly run Dutch Bros I have ever visited. There seems to be no effort to run the drive thru efficiently. Each time I’ve come, it’s been upwards of a 20 minute line with the workers losing track of whose order they have already taken. Quality control is also poor. I ordered the same rebel three times and each time it was an entirely different flavor and coloring. The workers at the window barely offer a simple greeting. It is truly sad to see a Dutch Bros run in this manner given the potential for success that this location has. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have any of y’all negative reviewers tried to be nice to service workers? Can’t be rude and then expect five star service in return. Everytime I’m in I get treated good and they love my dog - probably because I treat them like actual human beings lol. Most of the comments are about things that are out of their control too. If you know the wait takes forever then why go in when you have something scheduled? Just slow thinking Gen Xers that think it’s still the 90s and they can just treat employees like trash 🤭 btw amazing location, amazing people. Never tried this coffee before so we decided to stop and try It for the first time... Not bad, but compare to Starbucks there wasn't a big difference... I do like that they are 24 hours.. Can't beat a coffee craving at 3am and know Dutch Bros will be open... If I could do half stars I would have given Dutch Bros 3.5 stars... Now, on with my road trip.... 😊
