They need to go to Chic a fila and learn how to run a drive through. One to one at the order window does not work. Cars wrapped around the building. Saw 3 cars leave from being tired of waiting.

Stopped for a treat. I’m from the north east and I used to work at Starbucks and admittedly, I would look at the person sideways that ordered a breve latte. Well I’ve gotten over that mental obstacle. Honestly it’s the only way to have a latte. I got the Dutch faves golden eagle. it’s like liquid ice cream. 🤤 Service was friendly and quick at the walk up window.

I love Dutch bros anyway and normally don’t take the time to do reviews but the girl that was working around 6:30 this morning deserves recognition! She was dealing with the morning rush alone and was doing a great job! The drive thru line was full AND there was a line at the walk up window and this girl still was getting out everyone’s drinks quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face and an amazing attitude. She could have been snappy and overwhelmed but she was handling the situation perfectly.

When this location first opened, service was fast and awesome. This past time, we waited 25 minutes in drive thru to get to the front of line. Then 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered were incorrect. It seems management did not provide proper training or enough staff, which is a shame since the energy drinks are good. Hoping improvements are made.
