Well the atmosphere seems swell, servers are both fluent in Spanish and English. Keep in mind the food is said to be Mexican style but it's actually "mexican-american". Some of the concepts of their plates are a miss on to what we expected. A bit pricey for portions and could use a bit more freshness on rice and beans. Chips and salsa were definitely good. Had not been here for a while. Found it a little changed, for the better. The pozole is still the best in town. Also liked the Mexican street corn and the fried cheese with chorizo. And they now have a really good tres leches cake. Even though shorthanded, the one waiter was attentive to our needs and the bussboys kept our glasses filled and the table free of used plates. Anna was so helpful and sweet! We came back late for our table but she remembered us and gladly sat us at a table. The menu had an array of Mexican food dishes. We opted for the carne asada and shredded beef tacos. The food came out quickly, hot n ready.
