I order papas locas and they brought out papas fritas. The waitress was good but hard to communicate because she didn't really speak English. And I ordered in Spanish and even pointed to the picture on the menu and my order was still wrong. Oh and they also charged me a fee to use my card, and didn't even tell me. When I asked for an itemized receipt, the total didn't even match what was on the receipt. Nice little place, friendly, mainly Spanish speaking, service. Lot of food/value for money. Taste was good and fresh. Just take care with the 3 sauces you get, they go from hot to really hot, noting mild in there. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Must try! Very authentic place... I got the trompo tacos al pastor... Really delicious. It was missing pina but that's ok. Horchata was terrific. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is ok. Overall expensive for tacos . As well, they changed the prices on food on the menu and wall contradicting each other and charge 3.50$ of tax for card. Weird, but that’s how they do it here. Lady seemed annoyed that we changed the order, naturally if the menu on the wall is not correct . First and last time here. 4.50$ for half a handful of fries. I don’t come here often. Maybe once a year, but this last experience was by far the worst. They totally got our order wrong, and said it was our fault and that we had actually ordered tacos when we had actually ordered something else. They said they would look at their video recording to see what was actually said over the phone. They called us back and said to come and exchange the tacos for what we had actually ordered, but then proceeded to say it was still our fault and that we made the mistake. They took no ownership whatsoever for their mistake and blamed us the customer instead. That definitely lost our respect and desire to ever go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible customer service from the management, they do not care about the customer at all. They got our order wrong and when we tried to correct it, the manager was rude and blaming us. I know what I ordered! I used to come here often but I will never spend another penny here again. They charge way too much anyways and there tacos are way too greasy and seem to never be fresh. Will be eating at El Charro on Holland from now on! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great food. Good service. The loaded potato is delicious! They have the best tripas tacos. It was worth it trying it for the first time. Definitely will come back.

$10 for 5 tacos you decide if $2 per taco is decent. Sorry to say but the tacos had a very bland flavor. Some sort of seasoning would help, salt & pepper at least. Also, the tacos were a too oily for my taste the tortillas were submerged in oil before making. The customer service was great, but the food itself was awful. Service, friendliness, speed: 5⭐ Food quality: 1⭐

The worst experience ever, we always go to the one in wallisville, the first time we went to this trompo loco, the girl putting the onions and cilantro in the bags wasn’t even wearing gloves, honestly the food was good until I bit one of my tacos and there’s was a long black or burgundy hair, and it wasn’t mine… that was so disgusting.
