Not an idea place for a party of 8 or more. Inexperienced service. Hostess/employees do not know how to properly plan and seat guests. You will be kept waiting for over an hour while smaller parties continue to be seated. Reservations are not an option. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Traveling and decided to try here, was almost completely empty, ordered lavender lemonade, were thirsty, took forever so after like 10 minutes I finally asked where it was. Food came and was very disappointing/lukewarm. We had a new waitress so that was part of the problem BUT what appeared to be manager and other staff were there and COULD OF STEPPED IN TO HELP!! At one point the "manager" said to the waitress, "You have to step up, get quicker before we get busy" Right in front of customers is not where you degrade new staff 🙄 VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR EXPERIENCE!! As far as Elmer's Restaurants go, this one is a little lacking. Went in on a Saturday morning, and they were not very busy at all. The food took a while to get out. We all ordered our eggs over medium, and one was undercooked (clear whites), one was overcooked (solid yolks). One plate came out without butter and we had to flag someone down to ask for it. Hashbrowns were only crisp on one side. Then we got the check before being even halfway done with the food, making us feel rushed (they still weren't busy). The parking lot is a little oddly shaped and shared with several other establishments. It was packed in the morning but once the other restaurants open, it would likely fill up. They could use a bit more signage or an "open" sign to indicate which of the doors is the actual entrance. The bathrooms were tidy, as was the dining room. Seems like a great breakfast place when you had too much fun the night before. The hash browns were a bit greasy for my taste, but all the food was good.
