We were seated quickly, and drinks came quickly also. Food did take a fairly long time, and I wish servers came to check more often since I needed coffee . The next time I saw our server was 20 minutes after while being handed food. And the server forgot to come back with coffee. Instead, once again, I didn't see our server till we were done eating and were handed our bill. We'll definitely come back though the food is too good not to come back for. I go to Family Pancake House either when guests are staying at the Redmond Inn or when I'm craving breakfast. I like to get the patty sausage and their buttermilk pancakes with the strawberry compote. Yummy. Service is friendly. I've also door dashed them and had good food delivered. Listen. When I tell you the food is superb there’s no need the food will tell you that alone. What I can say is how amazing the service was inside. I did come at an hour that wasn’t particularly busy but food was amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Очень очень рекомендую. Классический американский ресторанчик где ходит официантка с чайником с кофе и всем подливает. Классический американский завтрак - омлет с беконом. Порции как для завтрака (да и не только для завтрака) просто огромные. Я как позавтракал то хватило с головой до ужина. Омлет стоит 17 долларов. Но он огромен - там он и с беконом и с сыром и картофельные...не знаю как она называется. В общем побывать стоит - и антуражно и вкусно и сытно! Standards diner fare. Menus could have used a cleaning. Was excited for the homemade corned beef hash but it was a little dry. Biscuits and gravy was good once I asked for and got some extra gravy. Pancakes were fluffy and the kid liked his chili burger Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Google reviews made me go visit here, but I had an unpleasant experience regarding service. My coffee didn’t get refilled one time (and no one except the male server gave me an eye contact during the meal although it was during busy hours…) Ironically even before I ask for another cup of coffee, one server approached me and gave me a takeaway box (not asking what I need.) Really poor service. I didn’t even ask for a box to go! Also my receipt had been overcharged, but I don’t think she was really sorry about it. The response was like… oh did we get it wrong? I typed double clicks sorry. That was all. Not genuine apologies… During the weekend, I went two different pancake houses and the other pancake house (competitor) was better in service and price. If you go here FPH during the busy hours, check your receipt well and don’t expect much of coffee refills. Family Pancake House in Redmond is one of the iconic restaurant in Redmond who offers variety of pancakes and food. We absolutely loved their pancakes. When it came to sandwich, I specifically mentioned that I don't eat bacon and the waitress noted it, but still I was served with bacon. Staff were good enough to replace sandwich without bacon later. Just a nice American diner style brunch place. The Swedish pancakes were not really Swedish pancakes but they didn’t taste bad. The taco special omelette was also just okay. The staff were friendly. Don’t think I would go again.

I got tempted to see French Toasts on a Sunday morning at this restaurant, I asked to add fresh strawberries on the top, but what I got got was sugary sauce with dipped strawberries in it (It was very sweet which could have give a spike on my blood sugar). We also ordered Veggie loaded cheese omelette which was great. Too much crowded place, could see folks waiting for long time!
