My walk-in experience was very delightful. The staff was great, the food was fresh, the atmosphere was charming. I even participated in their XXXL burger challenge without even realizing there were a challenge, and got my picture up on the wall! In addition to my walk-in experience, ordering through DoorDash has been great as well. However, historically, my only complaint has been the difficulty in reaching the staff via the phone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place has really gone downhill over the past 4 years I’ve been going. The place is filthy. There wasn’t a single clean table in the entire place and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Stuff is so caked on services that I bet some things haven’t been cleaned in weeks or even months. After we got our food the two employees were just sitting at a table together talking and looking at a cellphone. They should have been cleaning the tables and seating. The restrooms were also filthy. It was 2pm in the afternoon so there wasn’t any rush of people. Just us and another couple. This place needs a major update and staff that cares to clean the place. Makes me cringe thinking they probably treat the kitchen the same way and our food was probably prepared on a dirty service. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you don’t care about eating in filth. And walking out spending over $50 for just two burger combos is ridiculous. Not exactly sure what they're so proud of the burger didn't have any seasoning in the patty just plain ol beef patty. Yes it was large as expected but that's about it. Fries were nice and hot, again no seasoning, no salt what so ever. For the price I paid I'd advise anyone to go elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
