CELIACS, if you have had a bad experience at this location, please try the Firehouse in Collierville. It is excellent! Night and day. I tried the Goodman road location as it is closest. The person making the sandwich huffed and puffed the whole time like it was a great inconvenience (Note: this was a few months ago, haven't been back). The Collierville workers are so meticulous and courteous. So now I only have Firehouse when I am in their area.

Jesus man I don't get it, order a Smoke house beef and cheddar with literally only has like 5 items on the entire sandwich and can't get it ever with BBq sauce no matter how many times I order from here.
