Nothing can be better than ordering nicely cooked salmon, crab cakes and roasted brisket. To try good cheesecakes, Brezeln and chocolate cakes is a really good idea. This restaurant will offer you delicious craft beer, bourbon or wine. Come here and have great tea or good coffee. At Fireworks Restaurant, you can order food as a takeaway. Most people find that the staff is creative at this place. Visitors say that the service is professional here. Prices at this spot claim to be affordable. The fancy fireplace and cool atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this restaurant deserved 4.3.

Credit card STOLEN! When we checked with them (within 45 minutes) to see if they had it, nobody knew anything. Our server was gone and so was our credit card. Management had no real concern about the card issue. They offered to DO NOTHING. We DO NOT recommend eating there or purchasing any of their products. UPDATE TO REVIEW ABOVE: A manager called us yesterday and left a voicemail. It was not multiple managers as was implied by Fireworks. We called them within 20 minutes from the time our card was scanned and then returned to the restaurant 20 minutes later. We were told by the person who took our phone call that they were very busy because of the supper hour. When we left the restaurant there may have been 4 people seated and on our return there were roughly 8-10 people there. Two people at the entrance were just standing there. We explained why we had returned, where we sat, who waited on us, and the time frame. The employees seemed disinterested and said they had already looked for the missing card. They summoned a manager who seemed equally uninterested in doing anything more. We left the restaurant and cancelled our credit card immediately. Two days later we received a call from a manager who stated that our card had been found by a customer. They didn’t say where or how it was found. From our perspective it appears that someone was covering something up. We would advise you to watch your wallet should you decide to dine in this establishment. We are not satisfied at all by how this situation was handled. Note to the owner: only one manager reached out to us, not multiple.

Went in with 8 people, three of us had the prime rib. 2 got the 8-oz I got the 12 ounce. The two who ordered a 8 oz their prime rib had bigger cuts than mine. The prime rib was just ok, not great. The server was nice but acted like he had too many tables. The atmosphere is nice. Everyone at the table agreed that the food was just okay, the jalapeno lobster bisque was very good. First and likely last time that I will eat here. My brisket sandwich was cold, lacked meat, and they forgot the BBQ sauce. My baked potato was cold. Wife's burger was small, for the price, and when asked to hold the onion, they held the tomatoes. Overall, the best part of the meal was the pickle wedge. BEWARE!!!! Not only did we have horrible service, false accusations but also FOOD POISONING!!! Seated at 655pm after a 1.5 hour wait. In attempting to order they were out of numerous things. 45 minutes after ordering the waiter (he was actually only decent part of our visit) the poor kid was sent back out to tell us that they were all out of prime rib. The two in our party of 10 ordered different entrées. We got wrong drinks, pop was flat. We asked for new and received that over 20 minutes later. in the meantime, a side of french fries came out for one of my sons that was supposed to be with his entrée. The soups came out late then after they were finished, they came out to give us more soup not realizing the soup was already dropped off. Then, finally about 8:45 PM our food finally came out (nearly 2 hours after our order). Much to our surprise there were two prime rib dinners which we were told they were out of???? The waiter apologized, said they “found some”. All of the food was cold My son’s mac & cheese was wrong, seriously?!? Not once did the manager come over throughout any of our nearly 4.5 hour visit because we ended up leaving at 9:25pm. However, on the way out, the manager (Cat) did corner us, and let us know that there were two young men at our table our sons, who were sitting in the corner who apparently “verbally harassed” the female waitress. We had a male waiter no female ever. Our sons did not leave the table the entire night and no comments were made. They actually sat between their grandparents. Slander??? If you haven't eaten here before, it is most definitely worth it. The food is good. Service is good. And the wood they used to finish the inside is amazing. They also have beautiful fireplaces throughout the restaurant and the outside patio area. It's cozy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food:The actual food was good. My wife had the big daddy mac she enjoyed, I had the chicken enchiladas with mac and cheese and fries with ranch. The fries were a bit underdone but not terrible, their ranch is very good and helped offset it. Our friend had a smothered chicken dish with mac and cheese and smashed potatoes. She said the smashed potatoes were lacking flavor but everything else was solid. Drinks: my wife had an aperol spritz that was not very good, all three of us tried it and was super bitter. I had the grandmas whiskey and also didn’t think it was very good. Our friend got the sangria which was very good, we all said we wish we would’ve ordered that. Service: was meh just kind of ignored us for a lot of the time. And our food took over 45 minutes to come out and never stopped by saying anything. Just a “sorry the kitchen is short staffed or running behind” would have went a long way. We would have ordered another drink if so. This was a Monday night and not super crazy in there or anything as well. Also, both of the to go boxes we got the lids wouldn’t close properly. Just another random issue. Overall we agreed we wouldn’t come back unless we had a gift card or someone else really requested it or something of the sort.
