We really enjoyed our stay at Fishers. In fact, I took a photo of a gentleman who I think also enjoyed it with his son. With their permission. This restaurant is my happy place. I LOVE sitting on the patio on a warm summer evening with my adult children. Occasionally the CVL train will roll through on it's way to/from it's run. It's so charming with it's historical location and the food is exceptional. Unfortunately, last time we were there, there was a pretty foul odor wafting through the patio from the rear of the property; I'm assuming from the dumpsters. I recently had breakfast at Fishers in Cuyahoga Valley National Park with three friends. While the food was decent, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms. The silverware was dirty, and the restrooms were not clean. This is a major concern, especially in a restaurant that is located in a national park. Additionally, I was surprised and disappointed to see that the credit card device had an confusing option to pay additional tipping on top of the 20% gratuity. This is a sneaky way to get customers to over-tip. We all ended up over tipping our server for a weekend morning breakfast. Food was decent for being one of the only places in town. Nothing to write home about but it was a nice break from hiking the national park all day. Service was friendly. Main issue was there were so many fruit flies flying around. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
