Have a nice time here and share perfectly cooked sushi, burgers and chicken with your friends. Food City is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of guests mark that the dishes are offered for reasonable prices. This place scored 4.4 in the Google rating system.

Sadly this food city does fantastic in their bakery and deli area but no one ever cares to pick up the phone. I’ve called several times over the course of the last few days, I’ve had my mom trying to call two to place and order but it is evident that no one cares to take food orders. I would much rather pay more and actually work with people who cares about customer service and doing their jobs than with a business whose employees claim they’re always too busy to come to the phone. This last time I called I went to Food City, called and asked to speak to bakery and deli, I watched as the phone rang and the associates continued to talk and not answer the phone. So this is what busy is? Please go elsewhere. This particular food city absolutely does not care about your business and you’d save yourself a lot of stress by going elsewhere. After seeing how they wouldn’t answer the phone I knew right then and there I would never waste my time on such an unprofessional business again. So take this as a warning before working with this bakery/deli again.

I have heard horrible things from multiple people regarding how employees are treated at this location specifically. A very nice store, but I try to avoid due to their treatment of people and their high prices.

Stuffed pepper ..it was filled with more like chili with black beans added to it and no tomato type sauce so not what I expected a stuffed pepper to be and not good. Green beans have a lot of pepper and could hardly eat it and I generally like well seasoned green beans. Baby carrots not cooked till tender. Really the worse meal I've ever had from a FC deli. Very disappointed and won't go back to this location for the deli again. A waste of money

Very nice store. Has a great selection. This store is a little pricey compared to others. Very organized, employees are nice, and also knowledgeable. Usually come here if I only need a couple of things, otherwise I'll go somewhere cheaper, like Walmart or Kroger.

I was pleasantly surprised by the inventory at Food City! Lots of choices for different items such as rice, gravy, and pastas! The main reason I was there was to buy a birthday cake for my husband. Food City has the best selection of flavors especially since his favorite is red velvet! They also have the best cream cheese frosting! It is just as good as homemade! I only give the store an overall rating of 4 stars because of the lack of available cashiers working.For some reason whenever I go in it seems like there are only one or two!

I wish there's a separate review for their sushi. Anyways, this is for the sushi department. The quality of their sushi has gone down. The rice is still uncooked. I tried it recently, twice on different occasions, to see if it's just a single occurrence. But no. On the second test, it was still uncooked. The taste of their spicy crab also has changed. Probably not consistent with the mixing of Sriracha and mayo. The density of the rolls also has lessened.

This food city has it all! I love their little cafe area--especially the up stairs cozy sitting/dining area. They have a Starbucks, a fresh salad bar and a nice hot bar with a wide variety of items. It also has all the expected elements of your typical grocery store--flower center, bakery, fresh fruit/veggies, and the litany of boxed/canned/frozen goods. The prices are fairly comparable to a place like Kroger. The layout, light, and cleanliness are good.
