I've had both work and customer experiences at this establishment, and both were terrible. From a work perspective, if you're a foreigner, you have no rights. Extremely long shifts (10-12 hours a day), no employment contract. The kitchen and work areas are consistently dirty. The staff is argumentative and disrespectful of roles. I've read similar reviews from former employees, so it seems to be their norm. I fled after only a few days. One important clarification for everyone, they are not ITALIANS but MOROCCANS; this restaurant has nothing to do with Italian cuisine... not even remotely. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really delicious food, definitely coming back when I'm in Leidschendam again. To sum it up. Food was excellent, good quality, decent pricing, service was impeccable, staff have been very friendly, and I was seated with a very good view of the oven where the pizzas where made. Linguine and a half lobster....what a joy! Sweet lobster meat accompanied by spicy fishy linguine. Delicious! Desert was a sgroppino prepared at the table! Amazing! Very good table service although it was busy. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We chose this restaurant because of gluten free pizza option as our kid has serious allergy for wheat. Even though we clearly informed the staff that she has allergy to wheat, flour etc. the pizza came with wheat flour underneath (to avoid burning in the oven) thank God I noticed that otherwise our kid would have been very sick. 2nd gluten free pizza came, and flour underneath again, when asked the waiter if it is corn or wheat, he answered first I don't know, when asked that I need to know what it is he said it's corn flour, and he added if u don't trust don't eat it. Additionally, they forgot and mixed up drinks orders at least 3 times. I ordered glass for water 4 times which never arrived, decided to drink the water in the beer glass (no choice, I was thirsty). Pizza is below average, wasn't cooked well (pastry) you can make better frozen pizzas at home yourself. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. Service Dine in

Food, service and ambience very good. The biggest disappointment was that I couldn't pay with my MasterCard or Visa credit cards. They are not accepted here. Luckily I was with some friends and one of them had an acceptable payment card.
