The food is always fresh and good, but the accuracy of our order has been wrong the last couple times we visited. The receipt shows the correct burger toppings but what we received was not what we ordered.
Long Overdue Update: They made it right!!! After some email exchange we received gift cards to comeback and try again, and the orders were accurate.

Frozen Custard
Ordered through Uber eats. Clearly marked NO cheese on the double combo. Never had this problem before. But there was cheese on the burger. I cannot remotely stand American cheese. Your employees need to read instructions. After waiting 30 minutes and being very hungry, I get a burger with cheese I cannot remove.
This isn't a simple mistake. It's an ALL OR NOTHING mistake.

Every time I go, the food is really good. I really like the fry sauce and the people who work the drive-thru are pretty much always really friendly. I like the way the burgers are kind of crispy on the edge and the shoestring fries. Also, I really like the fresh onions. So much better than the reconstituted onions some places use.

Food was ok, Culver's is Way better. They have shoestring fries and I didn't know that before spending three dollars on a large fry. Super disappointed! In no one's word is a single hotdogs with ketchup and mustard worth five dollars. Won't go back once was one time too many.

Loved my visit, I was only drive thru but, service was fast and when ya look in the kitchen you can see they have quite a good set up for getting orders out fast. Also want to applaud the girl who took my order, she was fast, and a multitasking queen and did everything with ease!!
Food was pretty good, the steakhouse burger I had was really good but comparable to Culver's, the shake I had was really good however, nice and thick. BBQ sauce was definitely some of the best sauce I've had in a long time. Id go back for a quick snack

This is the worst Freddy’s I’ve ever eaten at food wise. The fries were hot but tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The burger was cold, flatter than normal, and had no flavor. My hamburger bun tasted old and dry. The pop was flat. The young lady working at the window was nice. I don’t plan to return.

This place always has smiling faces, fresh & hot food, and it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve ever eaten at as far as fast food goes. Their menu is always on point with new burgers to try!! 10/10 would recommend.

The food is made to order. Fresh doesn't even cover it. It was easily the best fast food I've ever had. Try the Cali burger (if you like 1000island). The cheese curds rival that of Culver's. You absoluetly need to try this food! On top of the amazing food, the staff was friendly and helpful! Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend and return!
Some of the best burgers around. They cook'em like they used when I was growing up. Great comfort food with generous portions, awesome shakes, and you will never be dissatisfied with Freddy's Sauce. Definitely hit one up of you have the chance, they are simply amazing!
