This place has a warm decor and the service was good. The food is awful. All of the items had no flavor. The only item on the menu that had flavor was the bbq wings, which is pretty hard to mess up if you are just drenching chicken in barbecue sauce. I would never come here again, given the chance. The marinara sauce, bland. Garlic twists, bland. Alfredo, bland. Hopefully they come up with new ideas, but as of right now, this place’s recipes are in dire need of work. Ordered take out @4:50, hostess taking the order made us aware the Stuffed Pizza would take 45 minutes(standard). Made our way to the restaurant around 5:35 was warned that there was an undisclosed issue with the pizza and would be another 15 minutes, we accepted that because sometimes things happen. 5:45 we are made aware that there was another issue and it would be another 30 min but our food would be free. But we could have our garlic twists while we waited. Once our twists came out around 6(they were waiting to bake those so they were fresh with the pizzas) we were told by the hostess they weren’t sure how long it would be at that point the kitchen was having issues, during that time we were offered complimentary drinks that were limited to non carbonated beverages (Co2 issue) we declined and went and got other food. Twists were delicious, very disappointed with the pizza situation, was attempting to share my love for Gambinos Stuffed pizza with loved ones with plans to order a large amount for our next family function. My wife and I love Gambino's pizza and regard it as the best pizza in the area. However, customer service was less to be desired...I had my wife place an order over the phone. I was under the impression that they had stuff crust. When ordering we changed our mind several times due to misunderstanding. We placed the order and called back immediately because I did not fully understand what cooking method they were using on the pizza, so I asked my wife to change it before they made the pizza. All the while the lady who was taking the order was unfriendly and annoyed because of this. I managed a pizzeria myself and a bakery. People change their minds all the time, getting an attitude and shooting my wife an uninviting look when she enters the store is beyond rude. Being petty and snotty is unprofessional and drives people away. If this persists as customer service I will no longer give Gambino's my business which is a shame... Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Went here after graduation to celebrate. The appetizers, bruschetta and garlic knots, were delicious, but our entrees were a different story. The pasta I had was swimming in what I assume was either butter or olive oil. On the menu, it said that the entrees came with garlic bread. We didn't get any, and when I asked our waitress about it she said that the kitchen ran out. I could understand if she'd told us before placing our order, but I doubt she would have said anything at all if we hadn't asked. It was also strange because they easily could have substituted something else for the bread like a garlic knot. Also, the price was not adjusted for the missing item.
