My gorgonzola crusted filet was absolutely amazing! It was one of the featured specials they had and I am so glad I went with it. Of course I had a few bites of some others food and everything was exceptional. Apps were very good as well. We went with a large group and our server did great as well. Would definitely go back with a group or in a more intimate setting. The food was excellent and service was good. We called ahead by a few weeks for a group of 15, and the staff did well managing our party. There was a one man band playing live music and was very good. I thought it was a radio playing over the speakers. The specials that night were great, filet or ribeye encrusted with Gorgonzola cheese, flaked au gratin potatoes and asparagus. You could get scallops with it as well. The eggplant parm was delicious too, breaded and lightly fried but very tender. Definitely a restaurant for your list to visit in Fuquay. I like this place better than your mega chain Italian restaurant. The food was more flavorful and less salty. The service was great - attentive, quick, mindful and friendly. What I noticed the most - which was a nice touch - the timing of all the courses were perfect. We had enough time to eat appetizers, salads, and entrees without everything piling up on each other. I've been to plenty of restaurants where you get to play tetras with the plates to make room for everything they deliver. Great service all around and a family-friendly place. Update: 17 Feb 24 - gave it another try. Yet still underwhelmed. 15 min before somebody came to my table. After 10 i asked hostess and yet it took 5 more. I didnt have water at my table for 32 minutes. Staff seemed to be engaged amongst themselves. Smh. The food however is much improved the plastic wrap on every surface is gone. I bumped up to 3 stars. Check out the tortellini with steak tips. Very good. 2022: Little heavy on the fry time. Both app and veal entree had a slightly burned flavor with breading. About the only thing not wrapped in plastic was staff. I've never unwrapped a water glass, rolled silverware and bread plate as I sat down. Applaud the intent but it was overkill. Maybe a bad night but the food was ok and not as I've heard. Will give a second chance. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

You guys, let me tell you about this place! I could go on and on! We moved to town in the summer and have been here at least 5 times already. Every time the staff has been super kind and the meals have been AMAZING! The atmosphere is warm, beautiful, and cozy. My personal favorite is their lamb shank - SO incredibly delicious! My husband has gotten a variety of things: from their pizza, to steak, to a chicken dish. All delish! We have even taken our 6 kids out and they had delicious meals of their own. If we want a special date night, this is our first choice. I highly recommend! Don't think, just go! What in the actual...that ceaser salad was $13!? For a quarter of a head of romaine and 5 croutons? A thimble of dressing!? The pizza looked nothing like their menu pictures. I was craving a really good pizza crust, bubbly, slightly charred....like their pictures and this was flat and bland dough. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves with a restaurant name like that serving food that I can make myself. There's no love in this food, there's no flavor in this food,my dogs won't even eat it.
