I ordered the Haddock Dinner, which came with Cole Slaw and French Fries. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea as my beverage. My dinner arrived in a paper boat with actual puddles of grease on top of the fish. I had to blot my fish with a paper towel before eating it (see photos). It wasn't worth the effort as the fish was tasteless. It looks like they took a Haddock filet and sliced it thinner, then breaded it, and never drained it. The Fries were also covered with oil. I was given one tiny container of tartar sauce and one tiny container of ketchup for my meal. The tartar sauce didn't taste right and wasn't used to cover the taste of the greasy fish. The ketchup was gone after three fries. My iced tea was in an old plastic cup that leaked. I ordered blueberry pie for dessert. What can go wrong with blueberry pie, right? I received half a piece of pie with the ice cream scooped over the missing half of pie(see photo).
Obviously, I will never eat at this place again. They didn't get anything right. Even the place we were seated at was bad. There was a cold draft coming through the wall, and the curtain and rod kept falling on the floor. I went to use the restroom on the way out, and both were locked. The voice behind the one door said, "I'm going to be in here a while!". I guess he had the greasy fish, too. I always wonder why places that strike out at every turn are even in business. There are no excuses for such a poor performance.

Best food we have had thus far. Everything was delicious. Had the seaside special which was the lobster roll and clam chowder. Also tried the blueberry soda which was tasty. May hit this place again before heading out in a few days.

Hot Lobster Roll
Lobster roll was good (though not the best I’ve had in the area), but the lobster stew was AMAZING. Basically tasted like a warm cup of buttered lobster. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and fast service
This place is a family run hidden gem. Tucked away on your way to Arcadia National Forrest. On an east coast trip with my parents we visited this place. Karen our waitress was so pleasant. She knew her menu, but she knows everything on the menu was delicious. We had the best calamari w/ Aiello sauce. Not your onion ring calamari, they were your crunchy nicely fried Calamari. At the same time I was enjoying the best Lobster strew w/ nice chunks of lobster. A nice creamy flavor. Made by the owner himself. This joint is family owned. We followed this with the Lobster dinner with corn we split in half. They also brought us our second side of baked beans. Nice sweet beans that were cooked in onions. Onions making the beans sweet. We ended the dining experience with the rhubarb pie and ice cream desert. It all came together. Karen good job. Thanks for making us feel at home. Delicious!! 😋 a little pricey, but to be expected with good fresh high quality lobster 🦞 lol
But I got a lobster roll/ clam chowder combo, and damn!! Definitely worth the stop! The roll was buttery and packed chock-full of meat, and the chowder was out of this world! Hands down the best chowder I've ever had!! So much flavor!! And that also was full of meat and potatoes and absolutely delicious!
I don't do lobster nor chowder very often, but when traveling to a place like northern Maine near the coast, that's an absolute must!
We just did a little tailgate action to eat in the parking lot with our own beverages, but they had a solid little selection of brewskis, and a bunch of other very reasonably priced items on the menu!
Oh the fresh blueberry pie was fantastic as well!
Definitely worth a stop in if your craving some good local fare!

This is such a cute hidden gem! The food was delicious, nice and fresh! I had the lobster roll special with fries and coleslaw and it was fantastic! You can get either cold or warm lobster rolls here. The service was fantastic; they were SO kind and very quick! There is indoor seating as well as outdoor seating that is shaded with beautiful landscaping. Highly recommend if you’re in the area to stop by! Thanks for a great experience!

It’s ok, I think it was good but not great. The lobster is boiled and very fresh, the fries crisp. Portion is a bit small for the coleslaw. I think the clam chowder could use a bit of work, there’s no seafood in it. It tastes like cream and potato soup. Servers were friendly though.

Nice little restaurant. Probably normally very busy but we went early. Service was very good and everyone was pleasant. Food was very good a little on the pricier side. But I know you have to pay for fresh clams and fish.
We got a Fried Clam Dinner and Haddock Dinner. A cup of clam chowder which my husband had and he said was very good but $12 a cup. Restaurant was nice and clean.

They just opened for the season yesterday. Boy are we lucky. We walked in hearing 60's and found lots of things we were wanting. Too many good choices. They didn't have it on their menu but I asked if they could make me a lobster salad; it was delicious. Fresh, homemade and fabulous. Fast friendly service.
