Food was good. It was 3 people in my party. They bought the first 2 people Food out. They got busy and my food sat on the counter until I attempted to go get it when they seen that they told me I'll get it finally I got my food and it was good... Honestly I was surprised that the reviews were so good. We spent over $100 and it wasn’t that great. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks, we had 5 people eating and 3 of us got our food and then 30 minutes later the other 2 got theirs. We had to ask for silverware exactly 7 times. We had our food for 15 minutes before we got silverware and on the 7th time of asking we were told that they were short on silverware. We asked how we were supposed to eat and they shrugged and said they could bring us plastic silverware “if we really wanted it!” One of our dishes wasn’t even ours but when we told the waitress she asked if I would eat it or wanted to start all over again!?! I've never had a poor experience at Genghis grill until this visit. It was our first time at this location. The fried rice was weird and not in a good way. The service was poor. I felt for the manager as she was waiting tables herself, but they needed more staff to adequately serve the customers. I will be trying again, but never at this location. They are a mess. Took an hour to get my order. Place an to go order at 549pm. When the order was made it was put in an dine in red bowl. My order sat there for 10-15 minutes. When I asked about my order the employee in the blue shirt said she can put it in an to go box. I told her no it's cold. She says well I can have them placed it back on the grill. I was like no can I just remake it. Remade my bowl only to have it placed back in an dine in red bowl. When I brought it back to the manager attention in the blue shirt she caught an attitude with me. Saying well I'll just put it in a to go box. The young man who took my order did it instead. On top of that, there employees be cooking jack n the box tacos on their grill. They don't was their hands when returning to the grill. I will not be returning to this location. Not only was the food absolutely amazing but what really topped off our lunch was our server Alejandro! I have only been to Genghis Grill once in the past which was a long time ago, our server was so patient with explaining everything to me and he never let our drinks get empty. Thank you Alejandro!! I have been coming to this location and enjoying it for about 10 years. I went to get a bowl yesterday and it turns out they have changed their recipe for fried rice. The new fried rice is absolutely HORRIBLE. Burnt, too salty, extremely dark color due to putting too much soy sauce hence the saltiness, overcooked stringy vegetables in the fried rice. I wasn’t able to even finish eating my food the rice tasted so bad. If the recipe for the fried rice isn’t changed back to the original. I’m 100% sure this genghis grill will lose a lot of customers. Cutting corners to lower costs is a horrible business decision especially when you are in the food industry and I’m pretty sure that’s why they went away from the original fried rice recipe to this new one. We can literally see and taste the difference. As of now I will not be returning to this location or any other location that offers this new fried rice. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I broke up with the love of my life here and I was so afraid to come back. My friends encouraged me to come even though I was afraid and I’m so glad I did! The food was amazing! I missed the amazing atmosphere and the waitress, Elexis was great! She took 5 of our orders without writing anything down and got everything right and out in a timely manner. I would say 4.5 stars but it’s ultimately 5 stars was given because no one broke up with me this time 👍🏼 (we got back together and he just proposed here! When I was introduced to this place by my friend I had to do my research and check out the reviews first. I'd never eating at one of these restaurants before in all of my years of living and being a lover of fine foods, and amazing cuisines. My friend had to explain to me out the ordering process worked. Once seated, the server will ask, If you'd like noodles, rice (there's No brown rice) but they do have Quinoa. You then receive a Small, Medium Or Large Bowl prices may vary. Next you'll receive a little silver bowl to gather up all your fixings from the plethora of options available at the buffet style meat, fish, vegetables, and sauce's selections. Once you've finished with the ingredients you'll leave your tray, receipt, and sauces on the hibachi style table for the cooks to prepare. Finally after the completion this is the final step cookers and prepared to order. I'll definitely return...our server was just okay though. There definitely needs work at his serving skills.

First time here, it’s like a buffet place, they have a menu, a server but you still have to go to the food bar. They have great variety of meat and vegetables & sauces. Free refills, and the server takes care of that, so you don’t have to constantly get up. They have a bar to the left side of the entrance. I didn’t tried the desserts but they haven a couple. I loved the food, tasty and cook well. I got a lot of stuff for my plate, built a big mountain on the bowl full of meat & veggies before they cooked it, then I went to sit down and when I got my plate I felt like they had taken food away before bringing it to me.
