This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Windsor! Everyone is super nice and the food is delicious. I usually get a large hot spicy chai + 2 espresso shots + some sort of bagel. 5/5 stars- would recommend

Very disappointed. Have loved and raved about Gibs since moving from east coast.
Ordered a dozen for pickup this morning (thanksgiving). Thinking they might be closed, I double checked hours, which say open thanksgiving morning. Placed my order and got a confirmation.
Show up and the store is closed. We have family visiting and had our entire brunch spread out and now, no bagels.
Not sure why I was even given the option for pickup on a day the store is closed. Certainly didn’t ruin thanksgiving, but definitely tanked the brunch portion. Very disappointed in waste of time, money, planning, etc.

I regularly go to this and other Gibs locations. Love their bagels. But every time I order for delivery something is wrong, and they don't answer their phones ever. Out of chai? Fine, but no substitutions. And then I'm missing something else too. I'm really sick of this. Also, the hours listed are not consistent across websites..
The charge just posted on my account. I did not get refunded for the lack of +6$ beverage, or for any of the incorrect items. Or the missing item. I have called multiple times, and gotten no answer.

My favorite breakfast place! The service is always amazing and I've never had a bad meal there. I work at the valvoline right next to it and it's been a blessing being their neighbor.

Absolutely horrible management called because we ordered bacon on our bagel and when we got to eat it it was so burnt it was un-edible smelled up our car he was rude kept saying he ate the same bagel earlier and it was fine, but we weren’t complaining about bagel it was how bacon was cooked. He offered nothing. He’s just rude kept raising voice at me. They’ve have now lost customers of 20 years!

I usually don’t mind the service here but today I am super disappointed in the pizza melt bagel. I wasn’t expecting perfection but would have been nice if they spread the marinara sauce a little and pretended to do a good job.

Ordered one bagel online and waited 45 minutes while other people who ordered after me got their food and when I asked why I didn’t get my food they went in the back and suddenly pulled my order out (the food was cold). Staff was polite but kitchen obviously was inefficient and should be retrained. I would get a refund if I could, do not order from here if you want to wait 45 min at 10am.
Amazing breakfast sandwich’s, I come here nearly everyday because their food is so good. And on top of that their menu has so many options it seems you could come here for a year and never order the same thing twice. The staff is very friendly and they always make your food with the utmost care. When I can’t decide what I want they will give suggestions on what might be good to try. The lobby is always clean and has a very nice atmosphere, I would also like to point out that their taste in music is impeccable and you can always count on some good jams to play while you’re there. They also value your time and make sure your order is made in a quick and timely manner while maintaining quality in the food. I forgot to mention, gibs’ also boils their bagels which can be quite hard to find in a good bagel shop these days. They have a wide selection of condiments, meats, cream cheese flavors, vegetables and bagels that are made fresh daily. My favorite bagel by far would have to be the spinach Parmesan, however the pretzel bagel would be a very close second with French toast coming in third. I personally always like to order a breakfast sandwich with the spinach Parmesan bagel, bacon, American cheese and plain cream cheese, and let me tell you, man does it hit the spot every time. Every now and then I might get a different bagel, but man, it never gets old. The bathrooms are also always in tip top shape, which is very surprising and not super common for a small dine in restaurant like this. Over all gibs is probably the best place to eat in NOCO so if you happen to be in Fort Collins or Windsor, drop by and give it a try. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, 11/10 would recommend to anyone out there who loves to eat bagels. (Disclaimer: I do not work at Gibs, I have just been a loyal customer for quite a while and and quite appreciate the quality of this little bagel shop)
Great place for breakfast or lunch anytime of day! We loved the tuna melt and the egg and ham breakfast sandwiches (both pictured). Coffee is great and so is the service! Give it a try if you’re in the Windsor area. For the kids they also have a HUGE gun all machine!
