Having seen Museum of Northwest Colorado, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. All the customers like the menu that offers great Italian cuisine at Gino's.

Always Delicious! Unfortunately, One waitress is so rude. Slamming food on the table. Wrong drinks. Wrong food. Total bad attitude. There are a couple of staff that do not like me. Irrelevant. The provide good service. And are tipped well. This employee skulks around as if it's painful for her to be there. Then stay home? She's doing no one any favors showing up. EESH!

By far one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Joe and Paula were so kind and really made me feel right at home. The entire team was joyous and created a real happy and fun environment. The food was flavorful and high quality. The location gives such a great small town, cozy feeling. Truly a must visit place when coming to Craig! It's becoming a dive. It isn't clean. Floors, walls, ceiling, bathrooms. Waitress station is an old bookshelf with grease on everything. Cushions are worn out, and place was cold because there is a 2 inch Crack in the top of the entry way door. I ordered a Ceasars salad with chicken and I was brought a tough, warm, bitter, mixed greens, not romaine lettuce, with chicken so dry I pushed it all the edge and told the waitress. She just said ok. I have given new owner a lot of credit, food wise in the past, but the whole experience is just "making do" with the condition of the location. I order the same thing 3-4 times a year max from Gino’s. In a place where dominos is the only other pizza option New York style would be nice… if the order could ever be made correctly. I’ve probably ordered about 10-15 pizzas over the years. Once it was made correctly. Twice it was offered to be remade, but I’d have to go pick it up. Once I was comped. Also gotten food poisoning twice from here. Once in 2020 and again in 2023. Talked to every manager over the past 4 years and never had anything done except “we’ll work with our staff for a better experience”. Of course they never do and of course I hope for the best and keep going back. I won’t be going back or setting any more expectations unfortunately. I honestly wouldn’t waste any more money here. Too many excuses and no recourse for not getting what was ordered. ETA: Owner responded it was a lie but no this is not. I have spoken to Lexi or lexa the old manager, candy who is either an owner or manager, the floor managers night of these events and the togo employee every time and have NEVER been offered a solution besides “our staff is new (high turn over 🚩) and we will train them better. Also curious how there’s been 4 reviews in the past 3 months and then all of a sudden 6 new ones after I shared my negative review. Wow! What a great find and happened to be open on NY Eve after family returned to hotel after late season elk hunting. Almost everything in town closed super early! Daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza---amazing!!! Oldest son ordered calzone--huge and so delicious! Husband had spaghetti and it was good but not as good as the calzone and pizza! I was eating light so had chicken Caesar salad and it was actually pretty good too. I can't wait to go back and this time I'm either getting pizza or the calzone!!
