What an incredible experience! Huge fan of Hell’s Kitchen so the fact that everything in the restaurant was fulfilling every aspect of a fan girl moment.
The service was prompt and very welcoming.
I decided to do the prefix option to enjoy each staple item along side I had it paired with a glass of wine.
Scallops were so soft, buttery, well seasoned and delicious very light and packed with flavour
Beef Wellington my oh my oh my that was chef’s kiss cooked obviously to perfection, they only sever it medium rare so if your not a fan of that cook then may not be the one for you however 1 of my friends never does medium rare and really wanted to try the beef Wellington and she was fine with it once she got over the colour
Now the desert my gosh that has got to be one of the most moist flavourful desserts I have ever had it was fantastic

Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection. It was extremely tender and juicy. Loves the presentation as well.
Our waiter recommended the lobster risotto as well with the black truffle which is a must to have dish.
I liked the golden beet salad a lot. It is refreshing, sweet and healthy at the same time.
The service was superb as well. We got lucky finding the reservation the day of for a late lunch. Dinners would be reserved days if not a week in advance for the most part. Loved the experience and looking forward to going back next time in town.

What can I say other than, exactly as expected! Exceptional service with amazing food. Ordered the 3 course set menu with Scallops, Wellington and Sticky Toffee dessert. The servers were very impressive! The only downside was the wait even though we had a reservation.

One of the best meals I have ever had. We waited about 15 minutes with a reservation and we're seated at the very back of the restaurant. While the views out to a fountain was nice, you go to Hells Kitchen to see the kitchen! That said, there didn't seem to be any tables for 2 in the main room, so if you have a larger group, you probably have a better chance. Our server was wonderful, very attentive and the food was as to be expected; perfect! They brought out a sticky toffee pudding with a candle for my birthday, which was a very sweet touch. We love going to Chef Ramsay's restaurants and will definitely be back!

Great experience, Great food, delicious drinks! Had a wonderful experience! Casey was our waiter and was very friendly and informative....everything we ordered was so good. From the pan seared scallops to the lobster risotto and the Beef wellington and the braised short rib and the Mac n cheese....a great dining experience will definitely come back! Oh and don't forget to order a signature cocktail...smoke on the Blvd is highly recommend 👌
