Great service throughout the entire time and the food tasted as good as it looked. Had the original legendary burger as well but unfortunately did not get a picture. Restaurant - Service was great. I didn’t even know it was free refills until the server brought my glass back. Thank you Christina :) The only reason food is getting 4/5 is because there was only 1 vegetarian option (and I didn’t really like it - but that’s personal preference, not necessarily bad food) but my friend enjoyed hers. Shop - Patricia was super helpful. Amazing customer service :) Polite and friendly, and gave us a good experience for our first time at a HRC. Thank you Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As someone who used to be a bartender years ago in this very place; it was nice to finally come back to experience this place as a guest. Rockin' Fresh Rita and Tropical Margarita done by Adriana were top notch done by the book. We were greeted and served by Alexandra who made sure that we had everything and that we enjoy every moment of our stay here. Fajitas and NY Steak were AMAZING and as a dessert we took Strawbery Cheescake which was amazing as well. Manager Pedro was super attentive and made sure to give us best recommendations on food and how to enjoy it the best. We were there half an hour before our reservation and the team still managed to squeeze us in early. Every single member of the team was absolutely incredible and going out of their way to make us enjoy our evening to the fullest. The food was absolutely fantastic just like the view from our seats and the fascinating decor on the walls. Everyone, from the bar, to the store to the service members were fantastic and very friendly. Thank you so much! Another rainy day, but this Hard Rock was not a disappointment. We were seated immediately by friendly staff, moved to a window seat next to the canal, after a few minutes we had our drinks and ordered our food. I had ghe Messi burger with an egg, it was really tasty, the price wasn't too bad, around the 20 euro mark, but this filled me for the rest of the day. The rock music was playing all throughout and added to the great atmosphere. We went in to the shop and made a few purchases, the staff again were really friendly. This was my first time at a Hard Rock Cafe and I absolutely loved it! The food was incredible and considering the huge portions of food it was all reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were also able to cater to my intolerances (dairy, egg and gluten).
