To start my cheeseburger was great but everything else is where it goes downhill. The fries was cold and very tough to eat and my fiancé wings was very questionable meat looked awful and was told that they are dark meat? The server eventually took them away and took them off the bill but was very snobby about it. Definitely an overhyped experience and don’t plan on returning here. We were really looking forward to coming to this Hard Rock Cafe and made a point of making it an important stop for us. Service was meh, I had to actually go fetch someone after sitting for 20m without service. Then, a $35 steak was 60% fat and not worth eating. Hard Rock Cafe never let you down. This one is small compared with others, but the ambiance and food is excellent as always. The food was delicious and the live music was great. I tried the Messi burger and it is delicious. We also had the baby back ribs. Kathlyn was our server, she was very nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
