The wife and I were happy they were still open for business. She ordered a Frisco burger meal. We were talking about how expensive they were, but the food is fresh cooked. Well, we got the food and when we got home we discovered that they had put an entirely different sandwich in the sack. Would not have been so bad if they had been busy. We were the only people there. Cheyenne was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. She took my order and went to take care of someone in the drive-thru. A young man brought me my food, ( I think his name tag said Gavin) he was the one that prepared it. It was very good. I have had some bad experiences with Hardee's in the past but this visit was great! The food was delicious and the employees were awesome! Place smells like I changed, burnt oil. After 10 minutes of waiting they finally asked my hubby why he was standing there. They “lost” our order. Didn’t offer any compensation for the wait. Hash browns were cold, and over cooked. Table were not wiped down. Tried to get lemonade from drink dispenser and got water. If there were negative star ratings, this would be it. Sometimes they’re great. But 90% of the time you’re going to get poor service and poor food. They don’t care about making good food. I’ve been around 10+ years and hasn’t seemed to change Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Breakfast biscuits are my thing at Hardee's. Have eaten them at least a dozen times, consistently very good. But not today. Gummy, not cooked all the way. Walked in instead of drive through. I know fast food isn't always fast, but this place is in a category to itself. Waited in the drive through for maybe 10 minutes before able to order, waited for the window operater to take my payment and have me pull over to parking, where I noticed there were three other customers "waiting". After 30 minutes they finally bring my food out. The woman was quite polite and stated, "so sorry, there are only 2 of us in there". I don't understand how any management can understaff during busy times, or at all for that matter. Poor management can ruin a restaurant and to add injury to insult, the food wasn't even hot.
