Just a quick drive thru visit. We were visiting my daughter in Watford City from Illinois and what a delightful experience from that of a Hardee's in Illinois. Very friendly gals in the drive thru and didn't act like you were asking for gold when I asked for ketchup. They were attentive to us and we got more than enough ketchup packets!! Most fast food places will give you 1 or 2 at the most which is never enough.. no worries about that here, ❤️❤️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The automated system at drive thru is a waste of time. Kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let us finish our order. Wait time was extremely long. And the workers have no personality at the window. Lobby is all but closed up. Honestly time to get another fast food restaurant in town. This place sucks. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This place has no set hours, one morning they're open for breakfast and the next, they're not. Sometimes they're open till closing time and others they're closed at random hours. Such unpredictability. I think it's time just to close your doors for good? Can't seem to stay open on a consistent basis. Watford can't have anything nice or decent. Who even owns this place? Do they check all these negative reviews below? What a joke Food: 1 Service: 1

They have signs on the front door and drive thru stating lobby is open till 8. Very much closed before 7:30pm. I understand staff issues and not being able to keep the lobby open but if your gonna put signs up at the front door and in the drive threw the signs should be thrown away if this location can't honor it. This might be the worse Hardee’s I have ever been to. Hair on my burger. Make sure ya check that. Stale and cold buns. Burger tasted old. The fries are okay. But I wouldn’t recommend. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Update. Tried again after a year. Looks like they got new crew. No change. Waited for 30 min to get food. Was cold and had like a gallon of mustard on it. Just threw it all away. No point in waiting another 30 min to get money back. Went to Subway across the street to get lunch. I'd recommend that instead. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
