Randomly found this spot last year but was quite difficult to walk in without reservation so reservations are highly recommended...but why you ask? Well put simply great paella 🥘 made as close to homemade as I have seen in Bay area...they are in the pricey side but we'll put together and most importantly very tasty and crispy enough. Tried the Iberian paella which is their most popular and I can see why..balanced with chicken and pork but also seafood. There is one salad option which is good along with many traditional tapas and good selecion of wines and Spanish beers. Inside feels like a club house with rich materials and warm lighting and full back wall bar. There is bar seating which is nice for walk ins but with limited seating. Parking is ample on street and is free. Service is limited and thin when place is full and so don't go if you are in a time pinch...but rather a night out...place is on small side inside so large groups should call ahead for accommodations. Whether legal or not Service charges are automatically added to tab at about 20% so be prepared in case you are not accustomed yo this charge. Iberia is one of the dining gems of Belmont. Fantastic Spanish tapas. Explore the menu and get a bunch of things to share! The desserts don't live up to the savory dishes, however. Order one more dish and skip the sweets, I'd suggest. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

LOVE. This place!!! Full bar with nice scotch selection, sangria is strong, Food tasty. While they offer large dishes to be shared (including paella), their tapas selections should not be overlooked. Multiple styles of octopus, grilled mushrooms and meats that are delicious. Tip included in bill.
