This was our 1st time visiting this location, and it was a positive experience. Heather was the manager who went above and beyond to provide our family with great service. Jose was our server, and he was well experienced in waiting tables. He memorized our 4 orders and got them perfect! It was really busy, but our wait time wasn't long at all and we ordered quickly so the food came out in good time. Lastly, Heather and Jose were able to help apply our rewards towards our meal in a creative way. I was absolutely amazed at the speed and efficiency this IHOP operated at. We assumed it would be a 20 minute wait and we were seated in less than five. Our server was professional and attentive even though she was very busy. Our food was delicious. Wonderful trip. I wish I could give this place zero stars, because it was the worst dining experience of my life. My friend and I went there for breakfast, and we were refused service by the hostess, who said they were full and had no tables available. This was a blatant lie, because we saw several empty tables and booths, and people who came after us were seated without any problem. The only difference was that my friend is black, and the hostess was clearly racist. She gave us dirty looks and told us to leave, as if we were not welcome there. We were shocked and outraged by this treatment, and we demanded to speak to the manager. The manager was no better, he was rude and dismissive, and he said he couldn't do anything about it. He didn't apologize, he didn't offer us a table, he didn't even acknowledge that there was a problem. He just told us to go somewhere else, as if we were not worthy of eating at IHOP. We left the restaurant feeling humiliated, angry, and disgusted. We will never go back to this place, and we will tell everyone we know to avoid it. This is 2024, not 1924, and racism has no place in our society. IHOP should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such behavior from their staff, and they should be held accountable for their actions. This is not how you treat customers, this is not how you treat human beings. This is the most racist place I have ever been to, and I hope they go out of business soon. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this IHOP, unless you want to be discriminated against and treated like garbage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing experience with the plus for kindness from the staff. Especially from my family’s waitress, Destiny V. My younger brother has special needs and tends to be very hyper, but she and the staff were so patient with him and made the experience amazing for all of us. I really wish nothing but the best for that woman, she truly was an angel. The food is comforting, although maybe the orange juice isn’t that much to rave about, over all, amazing dine in and I would come to eat here again. Keep in mind, IHOP is a chain, however this particular location is VERY busy inspitr of that, the doors were clean. I hate when I go to a restaurant and the glass doors are filthy. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff was friendly. The food was ready within 20 minutes upon ordering. The servers all have hand held digital devices for placing customers orders. The booths were clean. The food was hot. I have been to other IHOPs and food was brought out cold. The only down side is the parking lot is a bit small. So awful. Food was cold Made the .mistake of tipping waitress before Bill hoping good service never came back to refill drinks. As I was leaving she was busy counting her tips. I left thirsty. It was extremely busy,actually nowhere to park, I got on the wait list, 4 of us and 20 minutes later we we're called, they had estimated 45 minutes. Service was great, food delicious. 9-3-23. Had brunch, unable to check in online, not so busy, 15 minutes and we were called. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. 4 adults, 1 6 year old $96.00😱 Food was ok, no salt, no seasoning just meh. My plate had onions, she said i wrote no onions, ill get you another plate, she said keep plate, so i started eating my hashbrowns, she came back, they told her needed plate because they didnt believe me😡, Iwas like omg, of course take it, I'm not going to eat that. Everything was okay, I did have to get a fresh fruit bowl, the first one she served was a bit warm. So our waitress brought me another. I also noticed they remodeled since the last time we were there. It looks a lot nicer and cleaner. 12/31/2022-This is the closest location to us. It's usually pretty busy, because it's off 635 and near a motel. We'll have to remember to find a better location to go to. They really need to step up their game here when it comes to service, food prep, and cleanliness. Hubby was craving blueberry pancakes and I tried the avacado toast. In regards to the toast I recommend they spread it on the bread, but other than that it was okay. Our server totally ghosted us. 🤣 He stepped outside for a bit, while we waited wondering what happened to him. That definitely was reflected in his tip.
