Basic IHOP, and very clean... Our waitress was really attentive and cheerful (3 stars are for her service) ,... Loss of 2 stars are for this occurrence; when we arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't super busy, and there was no wait for a table. So I had to question why the young lady that seated us chose the table right next to the restrooms??...There were plenty of tables all around, so why try and seat us there? 🤔 Personally, I felt it was because we were African American. Why? Because it was my family and 2 other African American women in the entire restaurant, and they were seated by the restrooms, too! Hmmmm? 🤔 I asked politely to be moved to a table, not in smell distance to the restrooms. She obliged, but management should be aware of the "optics" this behavior creates for customers of color... It's not a good look for the establishment, and it's extremely insulting to the patrons who feel marginalized and disrespected. FYI... Every person who came in after us were Caucasians, and none were seated at that table, even though they were much busier when we were leaving than they were when we arrived. Awareness, good customer service, honesty, and respect are key elements to a good business. Read this review and move forward with mindfulness and awareness. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It wasn't that the food or service was necessarily bad.... It was the fact that every server with the exception of 2, looked like they rolled straight out of bed. Their hair was a mess, messy, sloppy clothes, they all had air pods in their ears and were visibly eating on the floor. It may just be me, but I prefer to eat at a place where their employees put their best effort forward and I don't feel like I just walked into Walmart. Food was Luke warm, sausage was stone cold, tasted like grease, French toast was so cold butter didn't melt and pancakes tasted like hockey pucks. Service was mediocre. My 70 yr old husband's food was over cooked while mine was under cooked. We were trying get the attention of a waitress but he gave up ate what was edible and left. It was like bad truck stop food. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
