0 Stars. I ordered food from this ihop location using doordash. food didn’t take long i picked it up soon as it was dropped off. i opened my container and there was a fly just walking around in the food. i could tell it had been sitting in there because it didn’t even fly out of the container when i opened it, it just sat on the food roaming around. completely disgusted. would never eat from here again. My fiancee and I came here at 12am since they are open 24hrs and no one talked to us at the front for 10 minutes. When someone finally did, they said we might be closing, but seated us. While we were waiting a waitress was on her phone talking very loudly instead of working and 5 minutes later she tells us we closed so we had to leave. We sat in the parking lot trying to process what happened and thinking it couldn't be because of us being Black right? Then we saw 2 older Black gentleman walking out and another Black man. But 3 people of Caucasian ethnicity walked in, and were seated right away. Again another person walked in and were also seated. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service and food was so very BAD the mgr comp the food. I was not able to eat it at all and returned it and left. But did tip! There was a total of 5 adults and toddler in the entire restaurant and it took 1hr and 10mins to get cold burnt food. 2 tables only had 1 person. 3 ppl came to our table trying to explain what happened. Don't bother IHOP has gone down hill, it's been a while since I visited, and it's nothing like I remember. Burnt eggs, had hash whites not hash browns, biscuit and gravy came with a 1/3 filled little 4oz cup of gravy that didn't cover one side of a biscuit, then if you ask for more, we got a 1/2 filled little cup that they charged $1.88 for.
