Almost always a wait at this restaurant. Small waiting area. Had to wait outside on the cold.
Server was good but I felt rushed to place a drink order when I just sat down and didn't even look at the menu.
Wait time to order and receive my food was not so bad especially because it was so busy.
The waiter was not attentive but had a chance to flag him down twice and he delivered immediately.
It was worth the wait. The food was delicious. Received our food within 20 minutes not the usual 45 minutes or so.

I like how this restaurant is expanding on the menu, before it was just pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Now they have other dishes to choose from, but I would like them to have some choices of chicken and beef soups. It would be great if they put some of it on the menu.
I, too, do not like leaving unsatisfactory reviews, but alas, here I am. This review is coming after 4 times of visiting this location. On average, I got okay food, okay atmosphere, but not very good service.
To start, the eggs I received yesterday were cold as if they'd been sitting too long. The pancakes were good and warm. Each time, I asked for coffee. The coffee was delivered to me not fresh like I asked, and twice has seen my coffee holder not full.
The waitress I had initially was quite cold and very forceful in her communication. I am accustomed to hello, my name is... and I'll be your server today. Can I start you off with something to drink? When she got to my table, all she could say was, what do you want? I am not calling out her culture, but the waitresses I got the last 4 times know how to speak English, but they are quite cold in their mannerisms. Another issue I've had is that they don't know how to work a room properly. My waitress today brought another couple she had seated after me coffee first. She also drug her feet when she found out I wasn't ordering anything but pancakes and coffee. She even gave me a bad look when I didn't tip her at the end. You have to earn your tips by doing a good job. I am not one of those people who is hard to please. It's quite easy to please me. When I come to your restaurant to spend money I work hard for, I like professional service. This location does not have it. I will gladly drive to tacoma IHOP for their professionalism and candor on the job.

Norma was my waitress didn't end up phenomenal job she presented the food amazingly and had a great conversation the food itself tasted really good and it was perfectly cooked! 10/10 recommend

I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes its the only way a business can improve their products and services. I use to bring my kids here often when they were little (they are now in their late 20s). I wish I looked at the reviews before we came. The sprite we got tasted like mold so we asked for water which we didn't get until we asked a second time. They did remove the sprite from our bill. The food didn't take long to get to us as they weren't too busy but the pancakes were not as warm as we are use to and were not fully cooked (tried to take a picture to show the doughy texture). The food was overpriced. The bacon was overcooked. We asked for it to be put on a separate plate (which wasn't done) but the receipt said we asked for extra crispy meat. The server didn't seem to understand English very well which is provably why we got extra crispy meat instead of it on another plate. I asked for a side of ranch and got a small amount of what I think was ranch and some fries were sitting in it. It didn't taste like ranch and was the consistency of pudding and had a twinge of yellow. I couldnt stomach the taste so stopped after the first taste.I couldn't tell you what it was. The biscuit with egg and cheese was ok. The frues were ok but i would prefer my store biught frozen fries to these. I would expect a restaurant fries to be a little bit better. The hash browns were good. The women's rest room smelled strongly like a dirty litter box, it was bad. I've been in questionable rest areas that smelled better than this. The server was nice, however.

The service was terrible! And what made it worse was that there was hardly anyone when we first arrived. We didn't even get our waters or silverware right away. I had to ask. ¹She just sat us down and then walked away. We had to ask for our food and refills. We had to wait. We then got our food and as you can see in the photo, the bacon was burnt and the hashbrowns tasted like it was cooked in old, rancid oil. We asked for new bacon and hadhbrowns and got new bacon, but the hashbrowns still tasted the same rancid. We asked and had to wait for the bill and we all agreed for me to go up and ask for it after she had told us she was getting it because it would've been all bad if my husband had to ask for it after waiting. So we agreed that next time we have a family get-together, we're going to Denny's where we won't have to wait 2 whole hours from start to finish waiting and waiting! RIDICULOUS!

Been here multiple times and usually get pretty good food and pretty good service too. My last visit here I was impressed by how everything was running smoothly and everything was clean and everyone working was busy hustling as it was a busy morning. Our server was attentive and great! Food was excellent and my French toast was almost 2 inches thick! No joke!!! I’ll continue to visit.

My niece had the chocolate chip Pancakes, and I had the gluten free waffles.. and I must say, they were flavor free as well. I took two bites, and just couldn't! They tasted like card board!!

Good amount of parking on the exterior, easy accessibility. We went around noon and was really packed from the morning rush. Waited 10-15 mins to be seated. Table we were seated at was a little wet so were our utensils so that was a little gross. Our waiter greeted us quickly , we got our food pretty quick too. The soup was good but it was not hot when we received it, just warm. The food was hot though and was delicious. I ordered the chicken fajita omelet and surprisingly loved it. The French toast was fluffy and fruits taste fresh. After we finished eating the waiter dropped off our check and I never saw him again. I usually don’t care but needed a box so had to ask the cashier at the front, he was no help and I had to track our waiter down. Overall good experience.
