Worst IHOP EVER. Paid $40 for them to completely ignore the instructions on the ticket. 3 little packets of syrup and 2 butter are not enough for 2 separate orders of pancakes. Specifically ordered 8-10 extra syrups and butter. Completely ignored. Dinner ruined. They couldn't care less. Completely dismissed everything with a sorry. No compensation or anything. Sorry doesn't cut it. Zero accountability. I'll NEVER go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience in an IHOP ever. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed despite the restaurant being empty, us having to remind her several times for something as simple as milk. Our food was rung into a different table. When our food arrived, parts of it were forgotten. The manager herself had to ask for stuff to be made on the fly; resulting in stuff being made burnt and incorrect. We barely ate our food. I love IHOP. But this experience was horrendous. This IHOP was so great! The staff is so friendly here. Service is outstanding! I can't say enough great things about this place. The food was perfect. Got to meet the manager. She sets an extraordinary example to her staff on how to work, be polite, and give great service to every single customer. ***UPDATE: Went back here for another dinner with my wife. The place had no heat, one server, and one cook. Different staff from the usual pleasant and very friendly ones were used to seeing. Waitress was not friendly at all. My wife's order came out completely wrong. I had to eat by myself. Otherwise, my food would have gotten cold due to the no heat situation. Then my wife's food came out, and I sat and watched her eat. Waitress didn't even seem to care or even a "I'm sorry about this." We both had upset stomachs that night after eating there. My wife and I noticed they had no hot water in their bathrooms either. Could only mean no hot water in the kitchen. How are they washing their dishes 🤔 Never going back here to eat. Everything was great. The servers, the food. Except the seatings. You go to the left side and majority of the booth seats are ripped and taped up. How are you seating ppl when theres huge holes on those seats. Fix it . it doesn’t look pretty. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5

My family and I came here to eat brunch. We were told that there would be a 10 min wait. We were taken back by that wait time seeing as though there were many open tables. After questioning that observation, we were told the area with the open tables were closed. So we sat and waited. A few minutes later another family walked in. This family knew one of the employees and were seated immediately. Needless to say we decided not to dine there after that experience. Additionally, the floors were not clean and the atmosphere was not welcoming. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent service. The server was very helpful with the app, and was nice. Food was excellent! The best pancakes! I think the place should be updated design wise. My seat had tons of duct tape on it. I let our server know I have a dairy allergy. Had to switch out pancakes for toast. Chef actually came to the table to explain that omelets had buttermilk as well. He whipped mine up with fresh eggs, no problem. 90% of the time, I have to send my food back because they put cheeses or cream sauce after asking no, no,no! Appreciate the personal attention and understanding. Dairy allergy really makes it a pain to go out for meals. Thank you! Great experience of freshly prepared breakfast options. We visited as a family of eight with young kids. Ordered a variety of options like veggies omelette, pan cakes, French toasts, shrimps, and multiple of drinks and lemonade. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff was super friendly and professional.
