Omg where do I start my wife and use to come in here to enjoy a meal they hire young kids that just love to stand around and do nothing and just to be gossiping with the other employees they sit down doing nothing at all. Not to mention the girl with purple hair was very Rude and Racist saying she didn't have time right and that she was busy like my friend said the just lost a customer. You need a new staff there Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So not worth it at all they are to busy sitting around just talking and laughing with the other employees. A girl with purple said that she didn't have time for us and that she was busy. So my husband and I just left she was also very RUDE. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Curbside is a joke and the staff doesn’t bother to approach you when you are standing at the counter. Guess what staff, I don’t stand at the counter because I like to, obviously I need something. The least that staff could have done when I entered the premises, after I waited 10 mins in my car after I checked in for curbside, was to ask what they could help me with. I mean I stood right next to your online order pick up sign. Common sense doesn’t seem to be that common any more. And don’t get me started on customer service, that certainly is not a priority at this location. IHOP you’ve lost a customer forever. Just wow. (Sarcastically) i-Hop corporate needs to step in here. It’s freezing outside & freezing inside. The food was subpar as you will see in the pictures. They attempted to correct the cook on my egg which was supposed to be over medium. The avocado toast had brown all over and the amount they put on my toast wasn’t enough to cover half of the toast. The fruit was frozen & bitter. We won’t be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to eat supper there were maybe two other families and it took a long time to ger the order in and then again to receive our items. Food was really good and server was very nice otherwise. The food was good! Good turkey cali sandwich needed a bit of mayo but otherwise good. Tasty omelette poblano, delicious pancakes as usual and burger and fries that hit the spot! Good waitress only downside is the place is like an ice box! Someone needs to invest in fixing the heater and stop putting in the air conditioner when it's 40 degrees outside. I went in today, October 31st at 9:35pm My family and I were told we would be assisted soon and stood at the front kiosk for about 10 minutes. After said wait we were informed by a hostess,“good news and bad news”. Good news was that we would be able to sit at a table with drinks. As if that was good news. Bad news was we would have to wait 40 minutes in order to receive food due to the cook having to clean the grill. Why at such a time? Who knows. I proceeded to ask if there was anyway we could just get an appetizer of fried mozzarella sticks since it would not be necessary for the grill. The hostess replied that they only had one cook and would be 40 minutes no matter what. First time we ever tried to eat at this establishment and it began and ended with disappointment. It has been a long time since I stopped by this location. Food is typical iHop, which by itself is high 3 stars to 4 star quality. But the service at this location was awesome. Everyone was friendly and comfortable. Servers actually held conversations with customers and joked with them, yet made sure that the customers had their space for dining. This particular visit most of the employees were more elderly, and I have to say that the younger generation of servers really should get more training from the crew we had the joy of encountering this visit. Staff and kitchen really slow. Not particular friendly. Order was delivered wrong, check was corrected though. Food is fast food style and not really fresh or of good quality. For example, fruit looks like frozen product swimming in some sugar sirup. Chicken was dry and fried to long. Visited ihop years before and remembered mediocre pancakes. Also this time, pancakes and coffee were the best items of our order. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
