Want to give this place a five star rating. Not because it's my favorite food the food was good and fries I don't like much. But the atmosphere and a man named Tom that worked there was so friends and so welcoming and kind. Wish I had a photo. I don't know if it's my luck or what, but 3 times now when I'm at this location and it takes more than 10 minutes to get my order ready, and that's when it's almost empty (I only order 1 burger and 1 fries). Don't get me wrong, I LOVE In-N-Out, but this location... I don't know. Could be my luck. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

My son and I went on Christmas Eve night. In Arlington not much was open, but they were. This place has a lot of employees. Considering the line, it went really quick. Their food is really good. But they put way too much onion on the burger. If you take a little of the onion off your golden. So if you don't like onions, let them know. Went and tried In and Out for the first time and I can honestly I wasn't impressed...Fries were soggy and cold and the burger was just awful..That's is not a double burger...The size is the equivalent of a junior double stack from Wendy's. I'm trying to figure out why people wait in line for this when there are so many other better burger places than this. One should not still be hungry after eating a combo meaI. I will never go back. They're weirdly friendly like CFA, even more so I think, but they commit so I respect that. Burger was great. Fries were fresh, but not my style. Drive through line was fairly quick. They asked if I was eating in my vehicle which was kinda weird, thought it was a little personal. Turns out they pack it up for you a certain way and hook you up with a paper mat too, pretty dope. The service and the friendliness at a totally different level first when you walk in you notice the cleanliness then your greeted with a smile(yes i know unheard of at these days) all while making eye 👁 contact, it all ends with a great tasting burger and fries......so i thought, a couple of employees tell you to have a great day, go figure,service is king here !!!!!!!!! Much needed late night snack. The food was great and the workers were courteous. The cashier asked if I was going to be eating in my car because I guess they wrap the food differently. I'm still not 100% sure what this was about. When I was driving off there was a group of girls inside that waved to me as I left. It looked like they were just having fun but it put a smile on my face. That was certainly better than seeing a bunch of homeless people or drug addicts lingering around. This location was super clean, the Employees were very friendly and the food was made perfectly. Being from S. Cali I can say although I love California In n Out locations and food best, so far the Texas locations have done the original spots justice and Mansfield was by far the nicest yet. This is one of the best burger places in Mansfield. If you’re looking to eat somewhere that is both quick and fresh, look no further. The menu is very condensed and simplified, which makes ordering very easy. The staff are awesome and this place is usually very fast.
