Food was super salty like the salted the burger? For some reason I had a double-double animal style in animal fries The animal fries were so salty that it burned my tongue The burgers were paper thin like where's the beef???, I think this place is nostalgic but it's not where you go to eat to get filled up it's just a snack. something to remember the good old days?

We went through the drive-thru as we normally do. In-N-Out Burger always is great quality, and we decided to try extra crispy fries this time- they literally turn the fries into chips. It's good but not something I'll try again. Anyways, food quality free is always good, the prices are good and the people are great. I recommended going for the 2 by 1, grilled onions with extra animal sauce. I don't understand the hype for this place, or really any fast food. The burger was fine, certainly better than Macdonalds, but definitely not worthy of the crazy lines and popularity In-and-Out has. The fries really weren't better though, and while they weren't terrible, they are probably one of the last places I'd go for fries. The shake was fine, it was all just very mid and uninspired. Best burgers for the best price. Can't beat the price anywhere. A simple menu with a secret menu. Hint ask for animal style on your burger it's great. Shhhh... All fresh veggies never a mistake on my order. I ordered a #2. My burger was drippy goodness! Probably a bit too much special sauce. My fries were cool when I picked up my order so they promptly replaced them with hot ones. I love that they have 0 sugar lemonade available. Most places don't. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic which is really the only drawback. In-n-Out is incredible. This is our first time here and as « first timers » we were treated like kings by the charming host George. Our kids are over the moon with the experience. This restaurant is like walking into a time warp and arriving in 1950s America where everything is perfectly clean and the people are friendly, kind and wholesome. A must do for anyone lucky enough to be travelling in the USA. The burgers are just sooooo good. I've been several fast food places in the last couple of months and I've noticed in many places the customer service is very poor compared to how it used to be. Employees are less inviting, rush you to order, and don't really care about retaining customers. However, here at In- N- Out in medford,OR, even though they are always busy, they always provide good service. Things like greeting you when you come in, giving you time to order (it's a simple menu so its not too hard to pick), holding the door open for you if they're on their way out, all add up! They were organized, working at a fast pace, but never let up on their cleanliness because the place was still in good shape. The burgers are delicious, the fries are amazing, highly recommend animal style. Drink, I get a 3/4 7up and 1/4 lemonade, it's perfect. The wait was only about 7 minutes to get our food, and the staff was absolutely amazing and all friendly and happy. The restrooms were clean and no wait. Hubby flew he and I from Gresham to come enjoy a good ol' in n out burger. Was 110% worth the couple hour flight. We will in fact do it again.
