We ordered through Uber eats. The delivery was great. The actual restaurant service sucked. They completely botched the order. Not once but twice! My delivery guy went back and got the large drink and fries. He actually texted me from the restaurant to reconfirm. The drink was wrong and the large fry container was only half full. It was a late night order and I live 3 minutes from there and I was the only delivery. The food wasn’t fresh. Not sure the reading level of the night shift employees or if they drug test upon hiring. It’s really sad that the easiest jobs are the hardest for too many people. They need to just shut this store down. They can’t get quality employees. Food: 1 Service: 1

Walk there again. The Managers gone and the Lobby was AGAIN CLOSED. HOW DO I KNOW HOW THE FOOD IS? THE SERVICE? NON EXISTENT WITH DOORS LOCKED TO THE PUBLIC. A five star breakfast so thought I would go back for a snack mud afternoon. Walked through snow and chilling wins to locked door business. Not very profitable. Not good for service. Dumb way to conduct business in my opinion. But I'm just a former Custer. DQ is worth walking two more blocks.

Better than nothing, but I would rather eat better and not pay for the shrinking menu tricks. Charge more, give less is not a sincere policy of customer satisfaction in my book.

Cashier was impatient and not at all friendly. The soda machine had no ice and the soda was flat. Received no napkins and when my wife went up to ask for some all the employees were on a break or something because there was no one in sight. Giving two stars because the food was good.

Jack in the Crack is always busy, I hardly come across an empty drive thru. They are a cheap option for munchies, lots of cheap options still. The food is extremely greasy and pretty much isn't a healthy option, but they are tasty and it fills you up for cheap. I’ve been waiting in line now for 35 mins for my fast food. I tried to place two orders and was told they could not except two orders through the drive through. I pay and was then instructed to drive around again behind two other cars so tell me how this makes since? If you need time to fire the chicken sandwiches have me pull over to the side and run it to me like every fastfood restaurant. They would be a four star with the food but the fast food drive through service was trash. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
