The day shift is amazing. Every single time I get exactly what I order and it's in a timely manner. The night shift needs to get it together. I keep trying to give y'all the benefit of the doubt but 8/10 times when I go in the afternoon/evening my order is messed up in some way. Usually it's not getting the tomato I paid extra to add to my sandwich so I brush it off, tonight though I got the completely wrong salad. I ordered a regular grilled chicken garden salad, I received a Southwest style salad instead. It also took them longer than my app estimated it should have when they had no other customers when I ordered from the parking lot in my app and had no other customers in the time they should have been making my order. They also closed the lobby at least 30 minutes before they were supposed to and I personally witnessed at least one family try to enter and chose to leave instead of going through the drive thru. I know customer service has gone down hill but wow. The most rude and lazy customer service I have ever seen. The guy behind the counter was too lazy and couldn't be bothered to refill the soda lids so he gave my wife a sleeve of them for her to refill. Been there a few times! Something is always messed up... First of all the customer service is horrible staff is short and snippy with their customers! Second, if there is an allergy to something they blatantly don't care about it. I've called and asked for them to fix the issues and to my surprise nothing is taken serious! Smashed my buttery jack was out of curly fry’s can’t do anything about that but I wanna give a shout out to the service will be back hope my Sammy isn’t flat next time lol but still overall 4 stars the kids and wife’s food was dope also thank u!!!! It's always hit-and-miss when you go to Jack in the box. Whether the food is good or your order is correct whether you get fast service or not. On this particular day, I believe I chose to dine inside, and there was one other person inside and not many cars in the drive-through, so the service was pretty quick, and the food was decent. Can't rate the food as I never got it (ordered a #10). 16 minutes at the drive thru and I was the only customer for 12 of those minutes. Firstly knocked on the glass and asked for a refund to have the lady need to call her manager first which only added to the joyous time. Service: 1

I bought 2 fan fav boxes and both were missing the curly fries. After waiting 15 or so minutes and pulling to the front I got my food. I understand being short staffed but it happened yesterday with my food being messed up and having to wait awhile too. I love Jack in the box but y'all need to get it together in Jerome. You have high employees with dab pens in their pockets and orders not being done right. I do have to say tho the older lady worker was AMAZING and had amazing customer service. Went inside to eat. Took us 45 minutes to get our food. Asked what was taking so long and was told shorthanded. However, at least 20 vehicles came and left the drive through. I asked for the managers name and was told, "We're too busy to answer that." A lady ahead of us quietly waited an hour for her food. A door dasher left without the order she came in for because of the long wait. I am usually a fan of Jack In The Box, this was horrible. It's supposed to be fast food, not take your money fast and ignore you food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This was my first experience at a Jack in the Box and was greatly satisfied. The menu was easy to understand, even with many different options. Service was great, team members were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the double jack with a side of chicken nuggets. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine which is always a plus!
