The food was good. The only comment I have is that I asked for a receipt when I paid. The young lady said it would be attached to my bag. After she courteously brought my bag to me. I placed it on the table and made sure everything was in the I order it was. I looked for a receipt, but there was no receipt. I went back to register to ask for she she bothered because I did. I travel a lot a place for business and get receipts. When a customer asks for something, don't get an attitude. The day before, I had a Smoked Turkey on a Croissant, and it was absolutely amazing, probably the best sandwich I've ever had! So, the next day, I decided to place a Togo order at Jason Deli. However, I ended up waiting on hold for about 4-7 minutes while on my way there. I assumed they were just really busy. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no line to order or check out, so I was served right away. I ordered what I thought was a Smoked Turkey on a croissant. After running a few errands and getting home to enjoy my meal, I realized that the bread wasn't a croissant, and the turkey was regular, not smoked, which I wasn't a fan of. I decided to call and speak with the Manager, Daniel. He checked the transaction, acknowledged the mix-up, and asked how he could improve my experience. The issue was resolved, and they promised to make it right on my next visit. I plan to update this post with pictures and provide a new review after my next visit this week. ***Update*** I received my sandwich; was not as good as the original catered order, however at least I received what I ordered. I think this place could be fantastic. Their menu is incredible with many options to choose from. They have a nice big area for seating and the set up is great. The downfall here is the cleanliness. Every time I’m here there are many tables with food sitting. Today at 4:45 I counted 14 tables that were still filled with food and not bussed. Additionally the whole place needs a deep clean. The men’s bathroom had an odor and was observed with pee stains on the floor and walls. A deck brush needs to be used to get the areas next to the wall and around the tables. The staff are nice and knowledgeable about all items. Each time I’m here I enjoy my food so I know this place has potential. Husband I went for lunch, he ordered the chicken Alfredo with extra chicken the food came out cold. I let the person who prepares the food know that it was cold, and she apologized and took care of it and brought the food back to the table with wonderful customer service. A friend had a Carmela sandwich and wanted a few adjustments to the sandwich, and with no complaints, they made the specific changes. Three sets of family's including ourselves here and tables with empty food trays still on them. Salad bar not stocked up, ice cream station and drink station dirty. Workers standing around on their phone instead of taking care of the bar and lobby. Today was my first time visiting Jason Deli.. first off the Potatoes are huge lol!! The girl taking orders seemed upset that she had to deal with customers ..the number sign she gave us was dirty .it had figer prints of cheese and sauce and when I gave it back making her aware she looked as if I just was asking too much to get a clean one but we made it through lol.. the food was good and the girl who served the food was cheerful and nice.. not sure if I'd return tho lol Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Every Jason's Deli I've been to has messed up our order in some way, and this location was no exception. Some of the staff were kind and friendly, but the staff that brought out the food were not exactly cheerful. As far as the food, I like that Jason's Deli offers some gluten-free items ... I think their stuffed potatoes are the best thing on the menu. This particular visit I went with a Cobb Salad (which was about $10) and definitely felt like I didn't get my money's worth - the greens were very watery, there was an overload of ham/bacon on top (super salty) ... the chicken helped save the salad, but once I was finished with it I felt like the taste did not match the price I paid.
