I cannot suggest the Maynard location, which is a crying shame
Ordered my meal through the app, for 6 subs, and my bowl was missing all toppings but banana peppers and hots. No big. Sent my partner in to have it fixed. They threw a few slices of turkey on and called it done. I called twice to try to talk to someone for either a fix or partial refund, the phone rung until it hung up the first time. When someone did answer it was the sweet 17 year old who I told my sandwich was f!@#ed up and that this was a not uncommon location. She got the manager who proceeded to scream at me for "yelling" at her, and the 'little girl' who answered the phone (which, demeaning way to speak to your staff but that's another issue). The MOD insisted my bowl was correct. Recited what was in the bowl given to me, when I explained that is exactly what is there, and NOT what I ordered, she doubled down that I was supposed to select "mikes way" in the app, which didn't exist, and when I reiterated that it did not match my receipt which clearly dictated my order and all appropriate upcharges, and that better training was needed in the kitchen because this is a common recurrance, she claimed I was accusing her of bullying. We generally grab subs once a week, this location has gotten my order right ONCE. I am done with this location. I'm not here to be gaslight by lazy management who cannot take a ticket

I’ve never been to an establishment or franchise that didn’t know what the #99 was. I understand it’s a secret menu, but I didn’t think it was a secret from the employees. It’s literally #43 and #56 together. You could’ve Googled it instead of lying to me or making it seem like I was freaking crazy in front of other patrons. How hard is it to add chipotle sauce to a Big Kahuna steak? And then on top of that, you give me a hard time for wanting lettuce and pepper relish. Those are free add-ons. They told me they don’t put toppings on hot sandwiches. Since when? Do those come out of your dividends. Does it affect your minimum wage? You have too many employees at this establishment take their job too seriously. And then they almost gave up on the gift card cause they couldn’t figure it out with the system. Who trained these people??? I’ve never felt so disappointed and disrespected in my life. This location is trash.

I've been to a couple Jersey Mike's locations in my area. Maynard definitely stands out to me by a long shot. The workers are efficient, polite, and very friendly. They pay close attention to detail and make my sandwich to perfection each time. I rarely wait for my food and I always go inside to order. This location is super clean, I have never once seen it in disarray, unlike the Marlboro location. I tried the Marlboro location recently and it was one and done for me. The staff there were far from friendly. It was not a welcoming place, it was unkept and the trash was overflowing in the dining area.
Maynard is by far the superior location!

A good spot for a quick and easy sub at lunch. The quality is usually good, but it depends which staff are working so mileage may vary. I would recommend the Italian sub and the Chipotle Cheese steak.

My only regret was not ordering a large roast beef grinder. It was scrumdeelishous!😋

I barely ever write reviews for places but this one deserves recognition. The Thursday night crew is AMAZING. There’s a young man that always goes above and beyond. I wish I got his name. Once I went and my husbands sandwich didn’t have enough ranch (on a different night with a different crew), so now i ask for extra ranch for him, and this man knows me as the extra ranch girl 😂 he makes sure the sandwich is loaded and always gives extra on the side. I went in once and ordered a bunch of sandwiches and before I could even question what the “3” and “7” written on them meant, he was already explaining it to me. He really goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy and not just some. You can tell he cares deeply about his job and it’s shown through his work and the way he interacts with customers.
The other lady that was there was also amazing. Unfortunately I don’t have her name either but she was super friendly and funny and I love going in on Thursdays knowing they’re both working. They both deserve a raise!
